1 year agoThis is my third time trying to stop payments. I have gone to the app to cancel the subscription and it said it was canceling, ive tried calling and they told me they canceled it, i have emailed them and they said they were going to cancel it. I have even went as far as telling my bank to stop all transactions from this app, but they changed their name and i started to get charged again!! Now I have tried canceling again on the app. If this doesn't do it then im calling this in, if you know what I mean. This is getting ridiculous.
