The app said I have a 7 day free trial and then will be charged. It asked to put down cc and pick payment plan should I continue. I just cancelled on day 5 and they accepted cancellation but charged me for the year
There’s no option to cancel in manage subscriptions. Please cancel my subsciption. The information provided in the app is not helpful to me. Also, refund the charges you drafted from my account.

I’m 40 days in drink free with one of the many times I’ve tried to stop drinking alcohol. What I like about reframe is that it makes me focus everyday on stopping and brings in Health issues and neuroscience. While I’m pretty aware of these issues, in the past I used to eventually find a way to ignore them (like, “My brain’s recovered now, no reason I can’t have a drink. Then that one drink would lead into another two years of after work drinking). With a daily dose of reminders I have not yet rationalized myself into drinking. The journaling aspect is good. I’ve been meaning to journal on my own, but have never gotten to it. There’s plenty of support in the app as well. People you can contact, social media and classes. A complete and well done app. If it saves your life, it’s priceless, just like you!
The daily tasks in the app are absolutely amazing how well they help start out my day! They provide amazing scientific information and great insight into addiction and how alcohol effects us. This reinforcement is so helpful to have in my pocket. It’s also great to have the craving tool with me wherever I go and that has helped me get through several urges I’ve had by using the meditation tools provided (and the games!!). I can’t recommend this tool enough for anyone looking to take a break from alcohol or has taken an extended break already (I’m 18 months alcohol free and use it every day).
I wish there were more words in my vocabulary to describe how much this app has helped me. It’s not only the app, actually, but the community it has that is filled with others who are going through what you are- and truly give nothing but advice or encouragement. The creators and contributors to the app are incredibly caring, listen to feedback, and are actually available to do so. This app is worth every penny, especially since my 12 pack (nearly per day) cost more than the subscription. There is a free trial, just try it.
This app provides motivation to stay sober on multiple levels. I love the daily readings and tasks that give me an education on alcohol and how I relate to it. Even after going through AA, an outpatient program, and individual therapy, I am still finding new information and new understanding on why certain CBT tasks are beneficial. The readings and tasks are locked until you complete days so it’s always a new surprise to see what to focus on. I also like that the coping strategies are all in one place and that there is the ability to connect to a community.
I’ve been in recovery for over 3 years but I’m always on the lookout for new tools to add to my sobriety toolbox. So far, digital sponsor has been an awesome addition. Compared to other addiction recovery apps I’ve used, Digital Sponsor is way more comprehensive and has a ton of sobriety tools I didn’t even know I needed! I really love the set up and how it is task-driven on a daily basis. Makes the whole “one day at a time” thing ring even more true. Highly suggest for anybody who wants to up their recovery game or is just looking for a great new tool to add to compliment their sober lifestyle
