Delete Promova from iPhone:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold Promova until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the Promova app.
Delete Promova from Android:
- Open your GooglePlay app and goto the menu.
- Click "My Apps and Games" » then "Installed".
- Choose Promova, » then click "Uninstall".

2 years agoImmediately after I registered, I was deducted the following amounts: September 27 : 13.8 $ + 1.38 $ October 4 : $ 55.61 . I don't understand these consecutive charges. Please cancel my subscription and return my money. I don't use it, and couldn't cancel it myself because you simple don't have that option on website or on app. Cancel it!
