- Once you subscribe to a plan and you don't cancel it manually like you subscribed, that plan will renew automatically because you gave the permission.
- When you subscribe for a trial period and then you cancel, you run the risk of losing that trial content altogether.
- You must remember to manually cancel a subscription 24 hours before the trial period ends.

How to Cancel ZeeMee Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.
- First, open the settings app and tap on your name.
- Then, tap on the "Subscriptions" tab.
(Note that you might not automatically see this tab. In that case, tap on iTunes & Appstore) - Next, tap on your Apple ID. View Apple ID then sign in and scroll down to the "Subscriptions" button.
- Next, tap on ZeeMee (subscription) you want to review.
- Now, Tap on Cancel.
(Note that if you don't see a "Cancel Subscription" button for ZeeMee, then it's definitely canceled already. It won't be renewed anymore).
How to Cancel ZeeMee Subscription on your Android device
To cancel ZeeMee subscription on Android, you need to realize that deleting the ZeeMee app alone won't cut it. Follow the steps below:
- First, open the Google Play Store. If you have multiple Google accounts, be sure you're signed into the right one.
- Click on menu, then go to "Subscriptions".
- Choose the ZeeMee subscription you wish to cancel and tap on the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Finish up as directed.
Once your ZeeMee subscription has been removed from Google Play, your future subscriptions will be cancelled and won't be renewed anymore.

How to Cancel ZeeMee Subscription on a Mac computer.
To cancel ZeeMee subscription on your Mac, do the following:
- First open the Mac App Store, then click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Click on the "View Information" tab at the top of the window and sign in if asked to do so.
- Scroll down on the next page shown to you until you see the "Subscriptions" tab then click on "Manage".
- Click "Edit" beside the ZeeMee app and then click on "Cancel Subscription".
Note: Always make sure to use the exact username and ID you used to set up the subscription to manage that subscription when necessary. This is sometimes different from the Apple ID or Android brand ID you have set up.
If you don't remember your password however, contact the App for help/to reset password.
How to Cancel ZeeMee Subscription on Paypal.
To cancel your ZeeMee subscription on PayPal, do the following:
- First log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.com .
- Click on the settings tab which is beside the logout option.
- Press "Payments" from the menu provided to you and click on "Manage Automatic Payments" in the Automatic Payments dashboard.
- You'll be shown a series of merchants' agreement you've transacted before. Click on "ZeeMee" or "ZeeMee" to cancel.
- You will be shown a confirmation page. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Payments" tab to affirm that you want to stop making payments to ZeeMee.
- Then click "Done" on the verification page to complete the unsubscription.
What to do if you subscribed directly on ZeeMee's website?
Here's how to cancel your ZeeMee subscription when billed through a payments provider that is not the Appstore, Playstore or Paypal.
Sometimes, you may start a subscription directly on a company's website without using an extra layer of security like Paypal or Apple. To unsubscribe, you might have to sign into ZeeMee's website or directly reach out to their payments provider.
Generally, here are some steps you can take if you find yourself in that fix:
- Finding the company's information, then reach out to them directly: Get all ZeeMee's contact details here
- Visit the website of ZeeMee. Click to visit .
- Login to your account.
- In the menu section, look for any of the following: "Billing", "Subscription", "Payment", "Manage account", "Settings".
- Click the link, then follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
How to delete ZeeMee account

To delete ZeeMee from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
- On your homescreen, Tap and hold ZeeMee until it starts shaking.
- Once it starts to shake, you'll see an X Mark at the top of the app icon.
- Click on that X to delete the ZeeMee app from your phone.
Method 2:
Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.
For iOS 11 and above:
Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.
Delete ZeeMee from Android
- First open the Google Play app, then press the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner.
- After doing these, go to "My Apps and Games" option, then go to the "Installed" option.
- You'll see a list of all your installed apps on your phone.
- Now choose ZeeMee, then click on "uninstall".
- Also you can specifically search for the app you want to uninstall by searching for that app in the search bar then select and uninstall.

I would definitely recommend ZeeMee to every college applicant, because it really enhances your application. When I created my ZeeMee page three years ago, I made a one-min Meet Me video and uploaded some pictures about my extracurriculars and hobbies. It was super simple, but so many colleges viewed it and loved it!! As an international student, I got into Berkeley in the end, and I believe my ZeeMee page helped me a lot! Now that this amazing app is available! There are so many fantastic features that can connect students together! Definitely take some time and make a ZeeMee page. The app initially crashed until they fixed it and I haven't had problems since! I am definitely satisfied with ZeeMee and would recommend it. At first, I wasn't thrilled about ZeeMee going completely mobile and more video-centered, but in the end it was so much better. Finding pictures and captions can be painstakingly hard, but how convenient and interesting is it to just "pass" or "sure" a question and then answer it (or not). It is funny how the very thing I didn't care for before (the videos) are now the most cherished part of my ZeeMee! Change is good....

I am applying for college and am now on to do scholarships in hope of getting into my dream school. The main scholarship I am applying for (and the one I am most likely to receive) requires me to make a video on ZeeMee. That sounded easy enough until I actually downloaded the app. I cannot even get past the LOADING screen. I have tried multiple times off of multiple devices to verify my phone number but to no avail. It just buffers and doesn’t do ANYTHING. If I could give this app less than one star I would. Save yourself time and a headache and don’t download.

The videos are super fun to record, and it’s easy with the chatbot questions! I started following the schools I am applying to so their videos from student ambassadors on campus show up in my feed. One thing I would like is to be able to like videos and see view counts. Applying to college I felt like my transcript, test scores and personal statement really didn’t describe me and what I can bring to campus. ZeeMee is a way for me to showcase much more about who I am. am definitely submitting my ZeeMee to all the colleges I am applying to.
