The NS-international app has somehow decided to not disallow the validity of my address and personal information for the creation of an account. I am registered with the Municipality, and have called the NS service, which has not changed anything. I hope this bug can be fixed because I am otherwise a loyal Thalys client!
It would be great to be able to travel with e-tickets and a complete account rather than having to print out the paper copy because your system does not want to compute my information…
Overall disappointing for a country with an overall high end transportation system…

Successfully logged in Ns, but still got error in NS international, therefore can’t pull the booking records. how difficult to make login work these days ?…unbelievable !

De international reis die ik wil boeken kan niet geboekt worden. Geeft niet eens prijzen aan, alleen tijden. Dus vrij nutteloos deze app.

- Surtout, les clients peuvent apprendre des autres clients au cas où le problème est un problème courant qui a été résolu auparavant.
- Si vous êtes un client NS International et que vous rencontrez un problème, Justuseapp n"est peut-être pas le moyen le plus rapide et le plus efficace pour résoudre le problème, mais au moins vous pouvez avertir les autres de l'utilisation de NS International.
