Bonjour,ma box hue Sync ne détecte pas mais prise HDMI. J'ai branché ma télé sur out TV et mon emploi Home cinéma Pionner sur HDMI 1 . pouvez vous m'aider.merci

Bonjour, J'ai le même problème qu'Allan sur la version Windows : écran noir, on ne peut rien faire sur l'interface, si ce n'est la fermer en imaginant cliquer sur un bouton croix windows dans le coin en haut à droite. Même constat sur l'action Démarrer la synchro et Arrêter la syncro depuis l'icone dans le System tray. C'est quand même très pénible car sela rend l'application inutilisable car on ne peut changer aucun réglage. J'attends désespérément un correctif sur chaque version publiée mais en vain pour l'instant...

Bonjour, Depuis la mise à jour 1.8.0.25 sur mon poste Windows 10, j'ai une fenêtre noire au lancement de l'application Hue Sync. Je vois bien l'icone de l'application dans le System tray, j'ai les options afficher, Démarrer la synchro, arrêter la synchro et quitter . La synchro se fait mais l'application est une fenêtre noire. Dans cette fenêtre noire quand on clique à l'emplacement de la croix, l'application se ferme bien. La réinstallation de l'application ne solutionne pas la problématique. Auriez vous une solution ? Suis-je le seul dans ce cas ?
