Won't let me log on to put money in my son's account. Has not been working since last Thursday.

Hello I have an iPhone 13 and it will not recognise my squid app when I tap it as instructed to add a stamp to my phone voucher. It previously worked fine and I actually have managed to add 7 out 9 stamps to my free coffee voucher,but will not add any further stamps,although I’ve tried several times over the past month. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Iain
