I’ve never written a review but feel strongly about this and so grateful I’ll disclose some things that are generally TMI. 52 year old male, spend a lot of time sitting during the day and driving for work. Over the past year or so I’ve noticed some urgency incontinence, usually in the morning. By the time I’ve gotten to the toilet in the morning more times that not I’ve started before I get there, sometimes just a small wet spot, other times dripping down my leg. Didn’t think much about it except I figured it was just an age thing. The biggest problem has been ED. Over that same year I noticed a decline in the quality of erections, sometimes losing rigidity during, sometimes more recently not able to achieve an erection at all.

Around the two week mark I started walking up with morning wood that I hadn’t really noticed in a while. At week three my erections are harder and stronger than they’ve been in years. Very excited to see results after a few months. Thanks again for this great app. The reminders help tremendously to keep me on track.
