I’ve been searching for a FREE RESUME BUIDER APP, and I thought I had found one. In some ways I guess I did but I was only able to create 1 (ONE) Resume and was only allowed to email it to myself 1 time (ONE) every 30 days, unless I purchased a template and paid for a subscription every month of like $12-$35!! When I only needed one resume until I needed to update it once I received a job. Well I had emailed it to myself because I am not allowed to save it to my phone or any other device, but I had left something out and went to go change it. Well they had a timer and I had to wait 30 days to do so! Unless of course I gave them my credit card and life savings lol just kidding, but it’s not cheap! I am doing this because I did not have a job and they obviously know that and still want me to pay you to change the spelling of my name or add a middle initial? That was just an example, but I have to wait another 30 days to email the second page of my resume and then another 30 days for the 3rd and final page. So it’s going to take me 90 days = 3 MONTHS TO HAVE A COMPLETE RESUME!!!!!!!!!!????? Not recommended if you ask me even though I do appreciate the one free page of my resume!

This was horrible I went in expecting a simple resume builder hopefully with stylish designs to make you stand out as a candidate for whatever job you wish with LinkedIn support so that it could take everything from LinkedIn and organize it in a stylized format and what I got instead was questions I couldn't skip that was set up in a terrible format that were required to fill in and that couldn't be skipped so I could just edit the preview that I saw and even then I never got the preview I wanted to edit since it takes information and haphazardly throws it into the page.

They could have done so much with PathSourceRésumé I'm truly disappointed by the first time experience even LinkedIn has a better resume builder than this!!! That's when you know it's sad! So to fix it make an import button to import all the info and add skip buttons to everything that is irrelevant information because the way it is designed and bogged down makes it a nightmare to want to send into any employer. And I'm pretty lax so if I was an employer and I thought the result was a joke then that's saying everything. I really do hope this is improved the designs are great. Just really executed poorly.

It’s easy to navigate and with the resume broken up into categories, it is even easier to fill out my resume. It really doesn’t feel painstakingly dreadful to sit through the process anymore! Also, I love the different templates and the fact that there’s an option to have it evaluated and that PathSourceRésumé will analyze your resume(s) then recommend job choices and educational things. PLEASE NOTE that you will have to become a pro-member to do this. For now I’m sticking to the free stuff because of personal financial reasons but if you’re up to it I definitely think becoming a pro-member would be worth it!! Give it a try guys :)

Needed to make a resume and never made one up until now. PathSourceRésumé Store recommended this application and I was more than happy to purchase the pro edition. PathSourceRésumé allowed me to choose from different types of templates, and made the entire process very easy for me to create A very simple yet professional looking resume all from my phone. Application also provides examples and tips that could be used to help you build a better resume. I was also able to create a cover letter and provide a professional photo that I was able to use right on my resume. Definitely very happy and very satisfied with my Resume.

PathSourceRésumé is probably the best resume app I have used. It’s so easy to navigate, its weirdly fun to use and the questioned asked helps you get right down to the point with little to no complications.

The only thing you may not like but it’s extremely minor and it’s not hard to correct when you type sometimes and click on the predictive word you will be placed right in the middle of whatever word you just clicked on and if you’re not paying attention you’ll end up typing your next letters into the word. Other then that AWESOME APP!

PathSourceRésumé is really good to build a professional resume however they only have one template that is free. In order to use the other templates (which look much nicer) you have to upgrade to the pro version. Also some of the options to use in your resume you need pro to use. What I really did not like, they don’t let you update the title of the sections on your resume unless you upgrade... I wanted to change “additional information” to “skills and background” but couldn’t. To me, it doesn’t make sense to pay for an app that you are most likely only going to use once, or at least hopefully. It’s not like your applying for jobs year round!

College student that absolutely HATES typing out my resume. My laptop just crashed in the middle of applying to new places and needed a quick resume for a part time job and this was more than enough. There’s only one free template, the rest you must buy the pro version to use. Very easy to navigate and it pretty much does all the work for you and even gives you examples to help talk yourself up. Highly recommend. Most likely going to buy the pro version once I start applying to internships soon

I am so happy I found PathSourceRésumé. At the time I was trying to apply for jobs through my phone and tablet primarily because my laptop has crashed. I was tired of having to go to the library anytime I needed to update my resume based on the jobs I was applying for. PathSourceRésumé makes it so easy to edit my resume. Very mobile friendly and perfect for anyone on the go or simply used to doing everything on their mobile device. Why not our resume too!

At first PathSourceRésumé seemed great and very user friendly, until you discover that you cannot download anything other than the free option without paying the $30 upgrade fee. Ok, whatever... so I tried to download the free generic template (which looked sloppy in comparison), and waited to receive it in my email. Never got it. Checked my junk mail, then tried again with a different email... again no luck. I’m needing to submit my job application so I decide to go ahead and pay the $30 and use the nicer looking template. GO FIGURE, as soon as I pay the $30 to upgrade and I finish submitting my application the email with the free resume finally comes through almost 2 hours later. It makes me wonder if this is done on purpose 😡

Always nice to download apps and spend hours of your time only to have the apps crash or not work.
Your app says you can add jobs and then move them around. It let me do that like twice and then stopped working so I have to delete every job I entered on my resume and have to put them in again because your app is constantly glitchy and not doing what it’s supposed to. You have to go back and change things again again cause your app defaults back to whatever general info was there in the first place. Also PathSourceRésumé Requires you to download another stupid app to get the resume app to even work. All in all this is f%#*’n scam of an app that’s just getting your data to sell.
That is for waisting my time !!!

It asked me to write a review before I was finished and as it was an awesome resume builder I assumed I would rate it 5 stars. But then when I actually wanted to export my resume, I couldn’t. It had a count down of 20 minutes until I could email it to myself. The last 5 minutes of the countdown, you have to LITERALLY WATCH IT! The countdown will pause if you leave PathSourceRésumé . It was like waiting for paint to dry. If you want the resume to be exported right away, you have to pay.

It was a super easy and nice way of doing a resume but in the end, too good to be true. You could just fill out all the info and then copy the look of that resume into another free app.

But I feel kinda Icky with PathSourceRésumé having all of my info.

I love PathSourceRésumé and I’ve made different versions of my resume. I’d love to see more templates and versatility in tweaking the Skills and Accomplishment graphics.

I love the graphic icons for address, phone number and email address. It would be nice to have social media graphic icons for social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and URLs.

I’ve made my own workarounds that make my resume better. I type in Job Title and Company vice-versa, which actually highlights my job progression within the same company.

After a five year Sabbatical it is time
for me to get back into the workforce. With modern technology you think I would have a copy of my resume somewhere but no go! So I saw PathSourceRésumé and decided to give it whirl. So far so good. It gave me a good start and I like the way it gives you step by step of what employers are looking for on a resume. You can save different versions of your employment history to accommodate certain employment opportunities. Easy to use.

Very disappointed in Pro version.
Thought it would be good to have my resume analyzed. Doesn’t tell you until after purchase this will take a week to get a response.
Also wanted to change headings, which you can only do in Pro version, still can’t, not easy to navigate. I keep getting recruitment offers based upon my job description selection which is annoying. No I don’t need third party vendors you sell my name to contact and harass me. It seems that is all the pro version has to offer.
I wasted $8.

The only thing that has to be paid for are the various layouts which are indifferent to me. I love that they give suggestions on how to phrase your responses so that your resume is up to par! I usually ask my mom or friends for help but it was super easy to do. The only drawback is having to pay for multiple resumés. Depending on who I’m applying for my resumé will get tweaked and constantly having to start from scratch is inconvenient. Other than that I love it!
