Summary of Aura Frames Problems 😠👌🔥
• The “random” order of photos.
• It seems to assume that if you upload a lot of photos at once, they are less important than when you only upload one or two photos.
• Unable to connect it to my wifi, after trying about 15 times and with other apps and devices having no issue connecting.
• Told to reset to factory settings… which, ok, even though it literally arrived from the factory and had never been used.

My app keeps kicking me out. I can’t add pics in either of my frames or any of the frames I’ve given as gifts.
My frame keeps rebooting on its own every 10 minutes or so. I don’t want to reset as I have approx 5000 pics on it!

When I try to add photos the app shuts down
Cannot use app to control what is on the frame and the picture on the app showing what is on the frame ( right above frame name ) is not correct and not updating.
I just downloaded the Aura app. It was working fine while I uploaded photos but as soon as other people joined and started uploading, the app started crashing. Now it won’t stay open for more than 5 seconds. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn’t help
For a couple of days now my Aura app does not work on my phone. I click on it - it appears to open and shuts right down again. I've tried uninstalling, turning off my phone, then reinstalling and nothing is working. It just keeps going giving me the blue Aura, then down.
I have 4 aura frames send pictures to and I cannot open the app on my iPad as of today .
My screen recently is much darker even in daylight than it usually is. What can I do?
We have over 1000 pictures on our frames. I see the same 50 pictures almost daily. We bought our son's family a frame last year. I am set up as a member on his, I excepted his invite. I still do not see any of his pictures. What am I doing wrong? thank you
Re: Order# 111-0129414-1083441. Only shows half of the frame on the screen. I'm requesting a replacement instead of a refund.
