Cancellation
I've repeatedly tried to contact someone about canceling and getting a refund and no one will respond so I'm resorting to this. I accidentally signed up for this and would like a refund. Customer service is terrible or non-existent. I've sent 4 messages in varying ways and have gotten zero response. God forbid you have an issue. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Not looking good
It’s my first day, I literally just started and I downloaded the app, paid the subscription and tried to get my meals planned only to find there’s no meals. ??? I don’t really understand. Not that easy to use. No one has responded to help me figure out why I can’t see the meals to plan. Wondering if this will get better. Will do an update soon.

Tremendous improvement in my fitness and stamina
My stamina and fitness have tremendously improved since i've started using the app and it is all because of the routine that the app has set for me. It is vigorous but also make sure that i don't overstrain my muscles.
