Abbiamo comprato ammorbidente da 2l, e’ arrivato da 750ml. Manca un sacchetto. Invece di confezione per 3, ci ha datto solo uno. Chiamato servizio clienti, ci ha detto che rimborsano soldi però ci ha sostituito con merce più costose! Non è’ stata una bella esperienza. Peccato perché aveva il potere per essere un successo.
