Cannot log in or create account to play

I already have a login. After downloading the app, I choose to login but get an error doing so. It’s some cryptic error too—MellonError_5103. After getting that error, I thought that maybe I didn’t have a login and played as a new player. Once it asked me for my email, it told me an account already existed. Now the app is in a strange state that shows a game world but won’t let me log in (I know my credentials because I use a password manager), but there’s also no menu to request a password reset or anything else account management related. Oh well. Guess I’ll just go back to playing in my browser.
Things needed to be fixed

It crashes between now and then. The app is very slow and need to be speeded up (replace the heavy pics in the game to lighter, basic ones.) It doesn’t allow me to go to peoples profile like it used to be on the PC version. There is no farm list so I can attack regularly. I can’t open some reports like the ones that was attacking farms or so. Hopefully the developer would take these points into consideration so more people will be interested if these things got fixed up. Thanks!
Still buggy after this many years

App is still buggy. I used to play Travian for years and thought id give it a shot again after 3 years off using the app. I just “sold” my stolen goods, but I didn’t receive resources for it. My hero shows that I have 2 free attribute points, but I can’t spend them. And it’s not at all obvious where to even see my heroes current health.
