When open azar its show connection problem when i check my connection is good i cannot interact with problem face to face and its not open live also

This app has a livestream option and whenever i download this application i didn't get the live tab. I want to fix it. I checked with azar theb they says that for India it's not livestream available yet but many Indians using this feature maybe with VPN. I want to use livestream feature also help in that
