Please remove from your system my automatic renewal of my subscription to the MagPi magazine. I no longer require the magazine after the end of 2021. I have paid up to the end of the year. Thank you so much. Please email me to let me know if this gets to the department needed to cancel it. Larry Mills P.O. Box 533 Rocanville, Sk S0A 3L0 Canada

If you plan to read MagPi on an iPhone, DO NOT buy the subscription. The digital subscription is really only usable on a big screen. Even then I does not take advantage of the screen orientation.
I sent the developer a question asking if this was usable on iPhone - specifically if the content formatted for the screen. I never received a reply. I purchased a single issue to test. It is just a digital representation of the magazine.
I want to support the Raspberry Pi foundation but the digital subscription is not a usable option.

I paid for a subscription but old issues don’t stay downloaded and I am asked to pay for them over just to read. Emails to support go unanswered. Don’t waste your money.
Update after a month... still no response from support, another email to them sent.

Lost access to editions I had already paid for. Emailed support and after a week still no response. Cancelled my subscription and will just download the free version from now on. If you’re going to take money for something that is normally free you need to provide a measurable advantage.
