So for some reason my app constantly crashes after I leave a connection to wi-fi and when I try to close the app and relaunch it, it just continuously gives me the 'Unable to Connect. Please try again.' Error message. If I tap the 'retry' button, it just pops the error message right back up. I have closed the application, restarted my phone, none of it works. I have to connect to another wi-fi network, redownload the game, but I can only play it on that wifi network. If I turn my wifi off or leave for another wifi it gives the same error message. I have tested my connection and my connection is fine. I contacted technical support and informed them of the issue, read all the troubleshooting tips and performed all of them, and I informed technical support of everything I have tried. They sent me back a response saying oh someone will contact you within 24 hours, don't respond to this one because it's just an automated message blah blah blah. So when I do get an actual response from a certain individual, he just sends me the same troubleshooting tips I told him I have already tried. Now I'm not sure if you treat all the customers as complete idiots or if the whole technical support team just doesn't even read the messages before responding. But The technical support for this game is the reason I'm not going to go out of my way to play/recommend this game to anyone. So thank you technical support.

Yet another reskin of the overabundant Clash style building games. Building your camp is boring and unoriginal. Combat is boring and there's only one way to complete missions because if you try anything new you're gonna take too long and get swarmed. The recovery between each mission is just a sad mechanic developers put into their games to slow down progress which surprise surprise is unfortunately present in this game as well. Really this game is just every other mobile build a town game which is to say a low effort cash grab. I've never watched even a single episode of TWD or played any of there other games, and after seeing how bad this product was I have no intention to. I miss back when things were made passionately and skillfully for the sake of entertainment instead of things nowadays that seem mindlessly pumped out and rigged to part as much money as possible from consumers. On that note the in game purchases are a joke and a rip off and every time you sign in they are going to force ads down your throat and then leave an ever present golden "special/limited offers" tab to pressure and goad you into paying for this crap. I'd highly recommend you find another game and avoid this one.

I have been playing this game for a year now and it seems that every improvement is geared to make more money. For instance, you used to be able to change players outfits and some were free and multiple ones available, now you have a choice of 4 and they all cost gold. There is a weekly challenge and every week I would purchase full gas and double XP points for 24 hours and play steadily because after each mission you win, you get three crates as a reward, so starting out on level 13 for example I would play up until I could go no further which would be around level 23. This would give me the chance to receive lots of XP points to improve my players gear and weapons. Now to cater to the higher end players who don’t need to build up gear they have passes they force on you, so instead of starting at level 13 it’s 18 making the purchase of double XP points useless and now taking forever to build up gear and weapons unless you spend money on gold. I still enjoy the game but don’t see myself playing much longer. The passes should have been optional, pretty simple stuff.
