Why isn’t this game working!?

It’s weird because on my old phone which was a Samsung galaxy 7 this game worked perfectly fine. Since I got a iPhone 6 Plus I tried getting this game and I did, but the bad and annoying part I’m trying to get to is that every time I start the app it plays but once I click to skip the intro or let it play through the intro and try playing the game it kicks me off and go to the home screen. I tried cutting off my phone and even deleting the and getting it back, but that didn’t work. So what’s the problem, I need help.
Annoying shuts down app

This game is great I like it. I have been a fan of KOF I have had this game since my last iPhone but when I changed a new phone and redown load this game my paid character was locked again and every time I enter the game it shuts down by itself right before and after the commercial and I have to re-enter the app multiple times in order to play. It’s very annoying and can’t play like that I understand it’s a free game but this needs to be fixed!
Lots of flaws cloud a good game

Just gonna hop straight into this one. I desperately wish I could adjust the size of the buttons. Namely, the pad is waaaay too big and it’s obnoxious to try to hit the edges of that pad to pull off moves. Absolutely hate it. It basically ruins the game. Also there are points you can buy in game, except when you select yes when asked to purchase them the game thinks you pressed no, meaning no dlc characters. Hope you don’t like the 2 fan favourite characters that literally everyone loves to play. Let me adjust button size and make the dlc purchase-able. Maybe then this game could be truly good.
EDIT: ok so just looking at the App Store you can only buy the dlc on the paid version, which is never communicated. I probably should have read up on that one. However, the dlc isn’t free with the paid version. You still have to pay for it. In addition to the $3 for the base game. Worse, the app support page is just an ad for the game. THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT FOR SUPPORT. Jesus Christ. Idk how snk thinks this is ok. If you want The King of Fighters on mobile just download an emulator. It’s free, gets updates and there are quality games. Honestly snk if you put time into this maybe people would get your official stuff instead of resorting to illegally pirating games. Jesus Christ no wonder you nearly went bankrupt
