This is a completely unusable app. I think intentionally they have set it up to gather all of our information, but to give us absolutely no rewards. When I pull up the app at home, I am automatically logged in, but the minute I’m in the store, it not only logs me out, but will not let me log myself back in. Even if I choose “forgot my password“ it tells me my email address is not valid, which is incorrect as I can see that that is my email when I get home and see myself logged in. While locked out at the store, it gives me a link to “call“ or “email“. I have tried both and received absolutely no service. The boy at the end of the phone was an absolute waste of time. They need to not fraudulently pretend that they understand the technology required to run an app and delete this app immediately.

Your new version of the Save Mart app will not let me log into my account. I put in my user name and it will not allow the cursor to go to the password field. because of this I am not able to access coupons look at my shopping history or create any kind of shopping list
I have gone into my local store to try to get abs support and they have the same problem logging into my account and don’t know how to fix it.
I have deleted and re-download the app I have done everything possible to try to get this app to work on my iPhone 13. Today I tried to fix it again by deleting the app and downloading it again and now the app won’t even show up on my phone I’m about ready to become a permanent Raleys shopper

Tried to creat an account, was in the verge of completing it when it said there was a problem. Closed and reopened the app and had to start all over the creating account when an other sign popped up saying the phone number was already used and to use a different one. Checked email to see if account was actually made and nothing. So once again deleting it since it doesn’t work and it’s sad that they have it advertised in stores as the best thing when it’s not.
