Can’t play it

So I got the game and when I entered it there was a tutorial, but no way to go any further. The guy was saying something about a card bar and all of a sudden I couldn’t push anything. I tried pushing him. I tried pushing the card bar. Nothing. He just stood there, as if that was how the game was supposed to go and everything was fine. Yeah, id like this fixed, THEN maybe I’ll play the game. Not right now, it’s impossible! (I even restarted my phone and all that stuff, nothing!)

The game is fun to play and entertaining. However, every time I open the game to play the ads to buy jewelry try to pop out and freezes the game. I can’t play due to the ads in my game keeps freezing and usually the ads pop up and you can press x and exit. These couple of times the ads don’t even pop up it just freezes the game and you hear the music and see the people walking however you can move or do anything. At this point I feel like deleting the game entirely if I can even play.

I would LOVE to try to play this game because I love farming and zoo games. I enjoy building something of my own and filling up my free time with pleasures such as games. I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times. I’ve even tried turning my phone off and on. The app won’t open. It keeps saying “loading...” with the little seal twirling its ball. I’m getting frustrated, but one of my favorite games ever has done this before, so I’m willing to still give it a try!
