They really need to get FleetAdvance fixed. I've deleted and reinstalled FleetAdvance twice, and all I get is loading screen.
When FleetAdvance has worked in the past, it doesn't remember your login info. So once you forget your password it doesn't take you to a screen to change your password, so you are always trying to dig up old emails to try and find a generated password.
I'm really not the biggest fan of FleetAdvance. It just doesn't work.

Working just fine until Thanksgiving. Then it was iffy. Just before Christmas it quit working all together. Customer service said they were updating when it was iffy and when it completely took a dump, they are claiming the same thing. Four plus weeks is an absurd amount of time for any update to complete. They will let you check your balance on the phone for free for an extended wait time, however, they expect you to pay fees to get your money off the card. Even though, if their junk was working, it would be free.

I’m a commercial driver and I downloaded FleetAdvance to direct deposit my check to my bank account. The very first time I used the this app app to transfer my money I followed the prompts and FleetAdvance stated that my transfer was a success. I attempted to open FleetAdvance the next day and it wouldn’t allow me to access my account.
I would not refer FleetAdvance to anyone until the maker resolves the malfunctioning issues taking place within it first. In my humble opinion it’s a waste to even download!

The company that I’m affiliated with uses Comdata as a payroll “solution”. I use the word “solution” loosely because using FleetAdvance to check balances or anything related to your available funds is a nightmare. I look that the version history and it has been over two years and they haven’t had any changes? No bug fixes? If can’t check your balance on the card you can simply call Comdata’s automated system for a $3.50 charge per call...how convenient.

I’ve had FleetAdvance a few months now with no issues I have a 6 plus iPhone and all of a sudden here lately I’ve had to log in more then once to get to my information.. if I had a better option which I really do with EFS. I might go that route because comdata is Messi g up to much and too often on MY phone now.. I hadn’t opened a ticket yet but I will. It’s probably a glitch and probably simple but I don’t think it’s been updated in a year . For an app that’s too long..

At least 75% of the time there’s issues and glitches. Right now I can’t log in to get my money even with the help of comdata AND the company. Really fed up with constant issues with comdata and going to start avoiding companies that use it. 33 years of driving, and all I can remember about comdata is even back before all these current day electronics all we ever had was issues. Especially with customer service. Their customer service is terrible and always has been

It’s been over a year since Comdata had FleetAdvance down for months. Then it worked again for a short time, but as soon as I installed the new update, that was the end of that, and things returned to normal, meaning it doesn’t work. Once I log in, it gets stuck in an infinite loop and serves as a screen saver featuring a spinning circle of death. I’d really like to meet one of Comdata’s IT techs, if only for curiosity to learn what exactly it is they do there.

After asking both my employer and trying to call Comdata for support (which they will charge you for) FleetAdvance still is stalling. Sent an email asking for support, no answer.
My recommendations to employers who are looking to go to this ‘system’, take into consideration what value you place onto your employees, also look at the last update to FleetAdvance over 2 yrs ago. This ‘system’ charges money to account holders (aka employees)from transferring money to making calls to inquire about balance or even asking questions on account issues.

Nothing but problems everybody seems to be having the same issues there tech department doesn’t know there a:: from an Oreo a supervisor was supposed to call me but didn’t finally I called and asked to speak to a supervisor he didn’t know anything either. Told me I was the only person he’s heard of that can’t get logged into his account and I was told to delete app and reload it and now I can’t even get that app back on my phone I guess I’m working for free cause I can’t get MY money if I could give this company zero stars I would but I can’t submit my review unless I give it one

I came from using the EFS card to the ComData card. Hate this card. To difficult to set up accounts to do transfers. Transfers are difficult because it really doesn’t list it as a “bank transfer”. Now it’s the 23rd of December and the mobile app is “under maintenance until the 26th” according to customer service rep. So, NO ONE can get to their money. Nice way to screw people over. I’ll be glad to get rid of this card, my company is going to the EFS card January 2019. Good riddance!!!!

I have two com data cards 1 for fuel and 1 for settlements. You can guess who I’m an O/O for. For fuel I haven’t had an issue but when i try to transfer my settlement I can’t get in. I getting the spinning wheel of death. I have a iPhone XS Max Plus. They need to do some updates. You call them you get charged. Then your charged a transfer fee on top of that I’m charged just to put money on this dang card. So 5 bucks a week in fees. Total 20 bucks a month. Heck if I did it for a year that would be me spending 240 bucks just to get paid! Really?!? Do what’s right spend the money and update FleetAdvance !

FleetAdvance has not allowed any login from my iPhone since the end of December 2019. Nothing has been done to correct the problem by ComData. Many users still have the same problem. FleetAdvance has not been updated or maintained in approx 2 years. Many drivers have to call in to the automated service in order to move money. ComData charges for the services after the third transaction or function. All charges should be waived until they get FleetAdvance fully functional again. I’ve tried everything possible. All tricks and methods have been exhausted. Customer service is a waste of time.

Works infrequently. If it wasn’t required by my employer, I’d have deleted it already. Although you can see previous transactions and current balance, the screen is grayed out and you see a spinning wheel. If you see that, you might as well close it, that’s all you get. One in maybe 15-20 attempts might be successful, not sure what makes a difference though. But if it’s going to work, it won’t be grayed out.
To make transactions you have to call them using the number on the card. You can not rely on FleetAdvance.
Two years since an update? What company is this indifferent to their users? Oh yes, banks. Never mind.

About one time out of a dozen will FleetAdvance load where you can use it to transfer the funds to my bank, and if you need to register a draft or transfer funds by using the phone and getting charged, it is terrible trying to do business when the systems and apps you are dependent upon don’t work, really take some of the money you are charging in fees and make this crap work correctly

I haven’t been able to check my balance in about 2 weeks. I thought maybe I was the only one until I read all the recent reviews. I would rate you in the negatives if I could.
It seems like everyone is having the same problems I am. How convenient that this happens over the Holidays when you know people need to check their balance more than ever!! You want to steal from us? Because that is what you are doing.
Fix FleetAdvance ASAP. You know it doesn’t work unless you are all brain dead and haven’t even looked at it, then you are just incompetent fools that should all be fired. Do your job. Fix FleetAdvance!!

Having issues when logging in. I have read many others are having the same issue. Enter login and password and wheel just spins for a second then you tap again and it will just continuously spin. Very unfortunate. However, transfers to checking account can be done via telephone using the Comdata services as well. Very easy to use. My deposit showed up in my bank account the next morning just as when I transfer using FleetAdvance . Hope they fix FleetAdvance soon though, much more convenient for balance inquiries and transfers.

Worked good when it would allow you to log in. For past few weeks I haven’t been able to log in and check anything. I’ve tried uninstalling it to no avail. Still doesn’t work. I’ve haven’t used it to look for fuel recently but that was nice when I needed it.
Be aware of the extra charges that they will get you with. From what I’ve seen you are allowed one transaction a week with fuel purchase, anymore and they will charge you.

Was working fine for the first 13 months until just before Christmas, but now it locks up when you try to log in. Search for fuel around area works, initial login page works, but when you enter password and hit login it freezes and you can’t see anything but the spinning wheel on the screen. What is the use of having a business app to keep track of money on a Corporate Card when you can’t log in, and their only suggestion is to talk to my carrier. Had same problem with the Motel app as well, before this problem. Now, it works but not the fuel card app.

After reading the other 1-star reviews, I wonder if we are using the same app. As an O/O, I want to save file dollars when I can and I’ve used FleetAdvance for more than a year. I have had connection issues when I was in poor cell coverage, but not so much when I was in good coverage.
Yes, I have had to learn to be more patient than I usually am, but it does the job well enough to ear four stars. If they improved the data transfer and smoothed out the GUI a bit, I might add the 5th star. I believe they will soon have to as Apple makes their security more robust.
Until then, I will stick with ComData’s locator.

I give it 5 stars, not because it's worthy of 5 stars, but to catch your attention. I was having the same issues others were having... I had to re-enter everything, then it would still never log in. I deleted FleetAdvance and started over with a fresh download. Problem solved... For now. If this is a consistent solution, it's ridiculous that Comdata doesn't notify everyone on the home screen of FleetAdvance . Oh wait... That would be an admission that their app is crap.
