How to fix CARROT Weather app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CARROT Weather app on iPhone
Update CARROT Weather app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CARROT Weather iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CARROT Weather on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CARROT Weather network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix CARROT Weather not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CARROT Weather App
1. On android, goto Settings » CARROT Weather » click [Force Stop]

Update CARROT Weather to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CARROT Weather App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CARROT Weather » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CARROT Weather.

Fix CARROT Weather unable to contact server/ CARROT Weather internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CARROT Weather » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CARROT Weather » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CARROT Weather
