Not simple enough. I want to add what i want, not be told to add stuff. When it says fish, let me type in a entry, not just just pick a fish. I catch numerous species. Let me type in my own weather or how i was fishing the lures. I don’t want to pick from a list. Tackle used, then i can type out what i want. I have handwritten journals that say date, time, weather, locations. I fill in the rest.

Hi I like so much about AnglersLog , only thoughts are you should be able to fill in the coordinates manually, not just drag the map around blindly. I do not usually log as I’m fishing and need to be able to go back in and add spots manually, my spots are anywhere from 1 mile to 60 miles out in the ocean. Thank you

This is a good app that could be great.
My only negative is when it comes to adding and viewing pictures of your fish.
Heads and tails get chopped off.
Too much work needs to be done to get the picture the correct size.

AnglersLog has been with me for every fishing trip this year and I love being able to go back and look through the data. The only thing missing is the ability to mark spots where I have caught fish throughout my day.

Great app, definite five stars so far. Been searching for a simple yet customizable catch log, and I’ve finally found one that does exactly what I need. No more using the “notes” app on my iPhone to log catches! I love how I was able to customize the weight units so I can enter 1.25 pounds rather than 1 pound 4 ounces, as that’s how my scale is set up. The free version of AnglersLog would have done me fine, but I love it so much that I just paid the $12 for the year. Free or paid, this is a great app…kudos to the developers!

I sent in some feedback a month or so ago, developer got right back to me, and I see it in the new update.

AnglersLog is a great way to log and journal all your fishing trips. Many customizable features. Hope new features and updates keep coming! Highly recommended.

I love that it is literally just a log, no social feature. I’m not trying to advertise my spots. Its also completely customizable. It’s great for serious fishermen and women.

Been using the Anglers Log for a month now and overall pretty happy with it. Cool you can add your specific location and baits.

Few suggestions

- ability to add multiple lures, baits, photos, weights and locations to one fishing trip

- ability to download a usable file (csv file, excel, etc).

Thanks for the great app and will be awesome to review my past catches on my phone instead of writing them in a notebook

I love AnglersLog and it had helped me progress my fishing, but I wish their were more stats I could track such as retrieval specific catches, lure specific catches, angler catches and pb’s etc.

I love AnglersLog. Set up for fisherman to really track and log data to duplicate conditions. Very user friendly with additional options to customize fields to your liking. We’ll done!!!!

I’m in love. It’s free! Easy to use. Versatile. Ability to add lure types, bait types, weather data, pull up GPS/map view, logs pictures, just so much capability for a free app that only get better as your data (loc, baits, fish, etc) are added to your drop downs. 5 stars!!!!!

Perfect fishing log app and I love having no ads. I hope it doesn't but it were to go up in price I would still pay for this even at like $50 a year. I can't even explain how useful AnglersLog is and how it lets you only log what you need and leave the extras out until you need those extra options. Love AnglersLog, I will continue paying for this as long as it stays on this path and ad free!

I have been using AnglersLog now for a few months. Love the features and especially the trip log. Highly recommend.

Seems to work really well. Very quick and easy to use. After a catch, takes just a few seconds to input data.

AnglersLog takes a little time to set up but then it is straight forward. I love the fact that it is free and so easy. It helps me find spots that have been good. I would recommend!

In the past I saved all my trips on my phones calendar. AnglersLog has saved me lots of time and I can add lots more information (ie weather conditions) than I would typically store in my phone. Highly recommend!

Can toy make an option to group notes together i fish many lakes and want to be able to group my logs by lake they say the date but I have so many it’s confusing if your have to figure out what log is for what lake

AnglersLog is just too good. I’m a guy that likes math and numbers and knowing how long my fish were from months ago recalling it. AnglersLog is really well made, with no issues nor bugs, and functions without any bits of lag. I use this for every fish I catch and don’t plan on discontinuing. In all honestly you have to give AnglersLog a chance. Only thing I wish is that AnglersLog had more kinds of statistics to view and compare. Overall though it’s brilliant.

If you like working with data to see which rigs, baits, conditions and so on that are the best, worst, and everything in between then this is the best app for that.
