Not working?

Just downloaded for my VR and after downloading the media, it asks to select how to watch it: cardboard or phone. I try cardboard for VR, and see a pause symbol but no matter how many times I press it, it never turns to play. I select the X and it closes out. I tried the phone view to see if that worked and it does the same thing. Displays a pause symbol and black screen. 😐 there is no help area in the app that I can find, can I receive help here? Thank you
Good app, but has bad words

This app is really good, it’s just that it has bad words in it and I did not know that, so I gave it to my younger brother and he played it, so by any chance can you separate pg and pg 13? Again this app is amazing but I don’t want to play it to my brother or anybody in my family in the fear of there will be a bad word or a bad scene.
Doesn’t open

Verified the supported iPhone and iOS version is installed, as listed to be compatible with the app. Still every time an attempt to open the app is made it crashes. This is a fairly new issue, I was able to open and watch videos well put together app. Now, since a recent update nothing happens.
After getting a new iPhone X the app opens without issue.
