Contact War Dragons Support

Don’t waste any $$ on this game. It may be fun now but when the next new game format comes along Pocket Gems will stop upgrading this game. They will also stop offering customer support as they phase it out. You will be left with nothing, not even the game itself. I have played 5 for their Pocket Gem games over the last 7 years and that is what they do when they(PG) no longer want to keep a game alive. PG will move on to their next money hungry game and you’ll be out of luck. There are 3 games, yes I spent $$ , that I can no longer access. Tap Zoo I accidentally deleted and can not reload it as it is no longer accessible in the App Store. Even if I could, there were no more updates so the format wouldn’t work with the latest IOS.
I currently play another game that they are in the process of eliminating because of this game, War Dragons.
In the other game there are so many glitches that we have not been able to play for a week. Players can’t even get in the game. There has been very little communication from PG and no attempt to fix it. The only thing we have heard are excuses about employees not there this week. It is because they are devoting the majority of their staff and resources to War Dragons. Be warned this will most likely, probably, without a doubt happen with this game also. Personal experience, not speculation. I have played many games from other companies and have not lost any one of them yet, unless I decided to stop playing.

I’m going to start off by saying that I absolutely love the concept of this game. I’ve been playing over a year now and the social aspect of the game is amazing. The fact that you’re able to interact with players from all over the world is something I’ve yet to find anywhere else. That said....
The developers of this game are the worst out there. In all my time playing I have yet to experience an update to the game without a major screw up, yet to experience an event in the game without a major screw up. They do not check their work and the player always suffers. This is NOT a free to play game. If you’re the competitive type than plan on spending money, serious money. I know people that spend upwards of 5k a weekend on this game. If you don’t mind slow progress and enjoy taking your time this game is fun however you will not be competitive. I’ll admit that when I first started playing I did spend and was able to progress double what I would have otherwise but as the amount you need to spend has only increased as time went on, I’ve since quit spending any money on the game and it has become quite monotonous for me. The only reason I’m still even putting any time into this game is because of the serious amount of money I put into the game and the group of people that I play with. The other thing to consider is if you have a very busy schedule this is NOT the game for you. It is a very time consuming game!

Game kicks you out a lot. Screens go black. Lots of glitches that will not let you play the game properly. Events in atlas are not events there just to do list that gives you timers to up grade things at a low rate. If your looking for a players game that you can put some money in to this is not your game. Game events gave freeze all the time. After you spend money to get dragons they down graded them to we’re they are weak. So it’s all most pointless to even go after the stronger dragons. There up grading game so fast that if you don’t spend $500 a week you will not keep up. After runs the resources( lumber, food, gold ) you get takes time for them to show up. If some one attacks you before the rrs show than you loses lots before you can up grade buildings or your dragons. I have payed for rubies than after a glitch I have less. Let the game programs know. They acted like it’s your fault. Want lots of pics. Like people take pics ever 2 minutes of there screen or you should know when a glitch is coming. When they could just go in and look at your account and fix the problem. In stead you just loses out. Over all the game is just problem after problem. Only thing good about the game is the friends you make on it. Lots of nice friendly people. Talk is even the big buys of the game are getting tired of the problems as well. Hope this helps you make a better choice on what game you like to play.
