Terrible terrible service

The call support was good until they introduced the voice recognition system and limited it to some features it’s not even as quick as the first system where you dialed a number. Then there’s the WhatsApp chat support why must I wait sometimes up to 2 days before I can get a agent and then when they come then expect you to respond in 10 minutes before they close the chat; texting back at 1pm the night when I texted you at 7 am. Then there’s MyFlowSelfCare similar thing. Like why offer support if you can’t get it when you want. Is it that the company lacks workers. And it’s been a week of me calling the company because my credit is going off my phone without me using it and they say call back in an hour it will be resolved and it’s a week and it still isn’t fixed.

Services

Flow internet services are good however it would be better if the data we don’t use, rolls over to the additional data that we receive when we pay. We are paying for the data. It is not fair that we may leave back 15gbs and start over with 20 when we’re renewing.

Good

after your enter your card details and select ‘Pay’ the screen goes blank while it waits to take you to the payment processing platform. Consider adding a message to the screen to let us know our payment is being processed. Something like “please wait while we process your payment “. The blank screen is unnerving and caused me to exit and redo multiple times only to discover that some of the payments went through. I ended up with a credit on my account.

Okay.

App is pretty good, but for some reason I can’t see my data usage under the ‘Usage’ tab it anymore as it only displays a loading error. That’s the only reason that I took off one star. Everything else works fine from my perspective.

Love the convenience

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I think MyFlowSelfCare can be better as a front-end developer. It is much better now that it was 6 months ago especially without needing to re-adding my card. It is simple and to the point. The issue is it keeps logging me out.

Flow app

I like Flow, but the service is expensive. The main problem that I have is that when your service gets cut off on your phone you cannot connect with MyFlowSelfCare . They should make it so that you can always connect so that you can pay your bill.

Regression

Whoever managed the process for the upgrade and release of the new customer portal and MyFlowSelfCare did a extremely poor job.

When I log on none of my accounts are available and the process to add them keeps failing.

The previous version functioned with no issues.

Easy to use

Payment is really easy and efficient with MyFlowSelfCare, much better than the old version. MyFlowSelfCare is also easy to navigate and logically laid out for the most part.

I do wish that auto-pay would allow you to send payment before the final due date though. I get several reminders and it waits until the very last minute, so if anything goes wrong, or it’s a bank holiday, or it’s slow to process then you’d be late paying. Being able to select sending payment on the day of billing or 5 days before due date or something like that would be good.

Many of the options do not work

While I love MyFlowSelfCare for the payment option, other aspects do not work. I cannot switch to other phones on the account to check their usage. I cannot switch to another account although it is linked. I cannot sign in using a mobile number. Please fix!!!

Flow SLU

The feature to see usage of the plan or service for mobile should be activate. Not only because I want to see what I’m paying for but my usage during the service .Trying not go over what my budget is whether it be data , sms or talk Time.

Payment Process

Finally your payment process is enjoyable. Now if I can only get service. Been out for two months and everytime they say it will be fixed Friday. Well, let’s see what this Friday brings.

Easy breezy

Love the fact that I’m on my way to the airport late for flight but I realize I forgot to pay my cable bill thanks to the my flow app I was able to pay on time and anywhere to my convenience and mostly I was able to make a payment in under one minute yay !

Auto Pay

This system will make a big difference in ensuring that my bill is always on time. The system allows me to make a payment wherever I am. I appreciate the opportunity to use this service and look forward to many years of usage

Flow app payment

I will think about going auto pay for the future. I only question is how easy is it to turn off auto pay or is it several steps or can you just do it from this flow app?

Up to date info and fast payment

As the title says, info was easy to access and updated. The payment process was secure and fast and reflected on account immediately. No issues to report.

Great updates to the app

MyFlowSelfCare is very very easy to use. Payment is processed within seconds & it’s very user friendly. Definitely a lot of improvements compared to how it was a few years back.

So far MyFlowSelfCare works well, when it comes to online payments. Lot better than the previous version.

Easy to use

I’m really enjoying how easy it is to pay my Flow bill online. The system has had some good upgrades over the years and is very user friendly now. Thank you, Flow!

The menus are quick to access and the payment methods are within seconds.

Overall good app, just need to update the “ My account balance “ section. Sometimes the balance is not accurate. I tend to keep refreshing the page often to get my actual account balance.
