How do I get a copy of a Reelz program from over ten years ago. The show was about a detective from Australia investigating the Kennedy Assasination?
I canceled REELZ months ago from my ROKU AP I saw that the subscription ran until March and I would have access until then. But, today I saw that another payment was debited from my bank account, I went to the ROKU AP again and tried to cancel it once again and I have received a message that I will once again have service for another year. I have notified my bank to disbute the charge. I do not want or do I watch REELZ anymore that's why I cancelled it months ago but I assume that cancelling months in advance doesn't work. Please cancel my unwanted re-subscription and bank charge.
