Gradekit Reviews

Gradekit is good. But not being able to access it for this semester is a pain in the *ss. I hate having to go to aeries and have to sign all of my information in, it is a huge waste of my time especially when there is an app that I could easily access my grades, make projections for future grades with, and it automatically signs me in. That is Gradekit, but not when the developers can’t step up their game and fix this bug for this semester. Come on, it’s pathetic, and I’m disappointed, my school is now publicly telling people to not use Gradekit, so I hope you can fix this before it gets any worse, thank you, bye

I love Gradekit and the simplicity and how I can add assignments. However, once I’ve used Gradekit for about a week, it was just start glitching and keep popping up a notification saying that I need to come later or ask for help. So I wait, but every time I open Gradekit it keeps popping up and not allowing me to check my grades. Then I sign out, and it won’t let me sign back in! I think this might be a problem with Aries itself, but it’s so annoying having to go through this whole process just to change my password back to what it’s been the whole time! I love Gradekit , but I can’t use it due to this happening!

Gradekit allows the user to keep track of all their classes. It allows for convenient use as an AVID student or any student looking to keep a close eye on their grades. I would definitely recommend Gradekit as it can help become better organized with what you do. I would rate Gradekit a four out of five instead of a five out of five for one little flaw. Gradekit doesn't really have any contrast or anyway to know what assignments are missing or what assignments haven't been put in. All in all, Gradekit is by far the only app I would recommend to students who need a way to keep track of their grades.

I opened Gradekit this morning and read your message about Gradekit being discontinued. I am very disappointed. After looking at the reviews of the new Aeries app it appears to be a lot more complicated and still missing some key features. Yours is simple and highly useful. I check it every day to see if any teachers have added assignments to the grade book and I am made aware of anything that is missing. The calculator is a very helpful feature that is not included in the aeries app. I’m not sure if they blocked you or if this is your choice to discontinue Gradekit or if you are losing advertisers but I hope somehow you will continue to offer Gradekit. Gradekit is great and I wouldn’t use anything else including what used to be GradeVue. I’ve downloaded all these grade apps and have been trying to find one where I don’t manually have to input grades and find the weighted percentage etc. The developer is even better, they’re nice and extremely helpful with any bugs or problems. I will be telling all my friends!!! Thank you for helping students 🙏

Gradekit has improved my grades ever since i started using it 2 years ago. I was falling behind in school, and it was largely because i would ignore the fact that I had bad grades and missing assignments. Once I began using Gradekit, I held myself responsible for my grades and started trying harder. I started getting more A’s, and stopped getting C’s. I want to thank the creator of Gradekit for saving my high school career, I’m not even kidding. Thank you!

The Grades app is very useful for school. Before I leave, I always check it to make sure I don’t have anything like missing assignments to turn in. It is so much easier to check than Aries, as it actually informs you when something new has been put in, plus Aries is almost impossible to check on my iPhone. Why anyone would think it’s a good idea to delete Gradekit. I’ll never know. Gradekit is the best!!!

I love Gradekit, especially how you can see what your grade could possibly look like using the mock calculator. However, I wish I’d get a notification when grades are updated (I do have notifications on!). Maybe it is just my account? I don’t know... But without the notifications, I have to resort to checking my grades every 5 minutes when I know grades will be posted that day. Would rate 5 stars if it wasn’t for this issue!

Gradekit is pretty much the only way I can check my grades. The Aries app is Garbage. You guys don’t understand! The Aries app doesn’t even have my school, how am I supposed to use their app if I can’t get to my school. Gradekit is so amazing and has always been my go to for my grades. Please, keep Gradekit running. I don’t know why you guys are shutting down, if it’s because of the new Aries app, or if Aries is mad. You shouldn’t shut this down. It’s way too good.

I love Gradekit because I don’t have to go and take the time to sign in like I would if I went on safari so please please please don’t shut down Gradekit there is literally no reason to do that if you’re already helping so many students. By taking it away students won’t check there grades as much and fail classes so don’t be apart of the reason why they fail do the right thing please. I beg you to keep it open.

I can’t believe you’re taking away the grades app. Please PLEASE tell me you’re kidding! April fools was 3 weeks ago stop messing around. If this isn’t a joke and you, Adrien, are reading this PLEASE give aeries permission and beg and pled on behalf of all the users of Gradekit for Aeries to recreate your app to the last flippin’ red box detail. I can’t believe you’re shutting this down but if there is really no way for you to keep Gradekit, PLEASE LET AERIES COPY YOU FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR LITTLE NERDS!!!!!!

I always loved Gradekit even though sometimes I’d be afraid of opening it and seeing if I got a F because of a test I didn’t really stuffy for. Other than that it basically tell your assignments and see what percentage you could of got buy adjusting it. I honestly love Gradekit and I won’t ever delete it once it’s no longer available for downloading. You did great on Gradekit and I’m so sad to find out if no longer going to be available. ✨💞

Thank You so much for everything Adrien, I had Gradekit since I was a freshman and this has helped me through school entirely as a whole, maintaining grades and keep up to date with all my work, I truly appreciate what you have done for me and most everyone else using Gradekit, Gradekit for sure has benefitted me and I can say that without your help I wouldn’t be thriving in school as I am now. I’m really bummed that Gradekit is going away if we can all find a way to have it still up that would be great. Not even kidding Gradekit is what made me focus on school and help me boost my grades and care more about school. I could say Gradekit actually changed how I saw things at school and changed my perspective. The Aeries app is awful and if we could all collectively find a solution to keep Gradekit up that would be wonderful. Thanks so much to Adrien for helping out so many students.

Thank you very much for making Gradekit. Every kid at my school uses it and we all appreciate you so much. You made it so much easier and cooler to check our grades. It’s a shame to see you have to leave but we appreciate that we are able to have been apart of it. Never gonna delete Gradekit so I can keep it as a remind of the good that people do for others. This is the best thing that ever happened to kids and it's a shame that it will come to an end soon, I can honestly say that with the ability to estimate my own grades, know my own grade, and also see what happens in the future. Even though it will be coming to an end I really suggest that the creator fights back and gain his app back because he deserves it. This wasn't me looking for attention, trying to start something, it's just me telling it like it is. BUT ALL IN ALL THIS IS THE BEST APP FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO GET INTO GREAT COLLEGES AND PERFECT FOR THE LAZY KIDS, BECAUSE NOWW THEY CAN SEE HOW TO KEEP THERE GRADES UP.

Never in my life have I written a review. Not even for the tons of games I have downloaded in the past, but for Gradekit I will. Gradekit is the leading app for grades even above the official Aeris app. I even see reviews on Aeris referencing Gradekit and stating how wonderful the experience, simplicity, and functionality it holds. So please, if you cannot continue to support Gradekit, would it be possible to find a new developer to take over? For many of the students here, we would be grateful to be able to continue using this tool.

This is simply a phenomenal app. Not only is it comprehensive as a utility allowing you to not only check your current grades but calculate possible future ones. But it also has a straightforward yet visually pleasing user interface, allowing for one less stressful part of your life. And lets be honest, the people who really want and use Gradekit have plenty enough stress already.
I’m so sad to hear it’s going away, I loved using it. Thank you so much for creating such a beautifully simple and useful app, my sleep schedule thanks you.

Thanks for making my high school years much easier when it comes to grades. Gradekit made my year as a senior so much easier, I could always go back and check my grades so much more quickly as compared to signing into aeries. Makes me really sad to see that Gradekit will be deleted, it’s literally one of the only apps I kept on my phone throughout the years. Just crazy to think whenever I open it, it won’t be there. But yet again I’m graduated and won’t really need it. Once again, thanks for helping us students!

So, a belated “thank you” to Adrian and the grades app. Grades has been with me for the 4 years of high school, I remember being too lazy to check on Aeries so here it is to keep me on track of my own grades. I also remember freaking out before finals what I needed to get an A in classes and the mock assignment is there to save me from the panic... Phew. I remember the joy of seeing my finals bumping me up from a B to an A, and I will always remember the sadness of seeing Gradekit shutting down. Salutes to y’all developers! Grades in a way helped make my high school career great. I’ll continue using it so long as it’s still functional.
Hope we meet again soon, in another amazing app!
