Unsubscribe me now, and do not ever charge my credit card, or my iTunes account, again. And fix this POC app, so that a person can contact the developer, and/or unsubscribe, without having to give you access to their photos. I’m sick of this sort of unethical software design. How the bleep is someone able to unsubscribe?The “subscription jail” is even more egregious than the $100 price tag, in that it was created intentionally, and operates surreptitiously, making it a breach of business ethics. You’re obviously a smart guy; you covered all the bases, every subscription iteration, except unsubscribing. In iTunes, you’ve got the automatic renewal set by default; two links to subscribe; but no links to unsubscribe, and in the app itself, you require the user to grant access to their photos, to even open the app, making it impossible to unsubscribe via the app. The web-sure is more of the same. There’s a ridiculous amount of content dedicated to the various subscriptions and features, but not one word about unsubscribing. And, performing a search on “unsubscribe”, in help, yields “no result”; no help whatsoever. It’s inconceivable that all these roadblocks to unsubscribing occur unintentionally. If you're that desperate for revenue, then you can keep my $100, but unsubscribe me immediately, and never charge my account again, or pay me double. And shame on you, if you don’t voluntarily cease and desist this shady practice.

Come on guys this subscription business model is getting out of hand, I guess we can thank Steve Jobs for that he told you developers to start using the subscription model, well it’s going to come back to bits you because how many subscriptions do you think people will allow you developers to continue to milk us forever, or until you stop supporting the product, then we are really screwed. What is it you developers want a lifetime income from one program, well I would have purchased your program for a fare fee and as updates come, I might pay you again for that update, not the business plan with subscriptions, I noted many developers do nothing with the app we are pay on a monthly or yearly bases and the updates are not ther. You just want to milk people for their money, well you don’t get my business.

I was very, very excited about using this app for remote video recording using my iPhone 11 Pro Max after reading about all the amazing features but I have only had the ability to take photos.
Your site not only advertises this feature in the plan description, I can see video settings although I have not yet had the ability to record video no matter what settings I navigate in search of this fix.
I cannot praise your stance on support, its extremely substandard so finding the exact answers is a needle in a haystack and without phone/chat support I feel as if I had to fend on my own immediately after payment.
As a new customer, I already have my reservations.
If you could please either share the fix or refund my money, I would like immediate response to this so that I can either enjoy the features of this app or find something more suitable, thanks.
