Broken, no option to initiate a scan.

I download this app last week and an update yesterday. I went through the set up procedures and the full demo. On the home screen, when I went to take my first scan, the home screen is lacking the features (button(s)) to start the scan. There are NO buttons to do anything. I cannot scan my teeth. Again, I have done all the tutorials and a demo scan. My Home Screen does not resemble the one shown in the tutorials. It is blank. I tried removing the app and reinstalling the app with no change. I don’t think the doctor’s office can fix a software/app issue. How does that get fixed? My phone is a 12 Pro and I tried it on a 12 Pro Max, both of which have the latest iOS (15.1) installed. I have uninstalled it multiple times and reinstalled it, no luck. Please fix it.

This app got worse

I have been using this app since September 2020. Early on it was quick and easy to use. I was able to do it in minutes. With this new update, though, it is not user friendly at all. There is no reason that an app used for orthodontics needs to be updated and changed so much. I only use it because I have to and now I barely have time to fit it into my day. Not to mention the fact that I can’t get my old scans off the home page. I am forced into looking at my teeth while my scans take ages to upload. I used to have a Samsung phone that would upload in minutes but with my new iPhone it take well over 15 minutes to upload. Please fix this.

It’s ok but could be better

At first I thought this was state of the art technology until I noticed the morphing function doesn’t update after each scan. I’ve asked several times for an update and apparently the main office is in France and not here in the US to get things fixed. After several trays, the morphing function to see those changes compared to previous movement isn’t working properly. I’ve asked my orthodontist and he referred me to the company directly and I still can’t get resolution. I give it a 2 because this was the feature I was looking forward to the most and it isn’t working.
