I send a test alert and it notifies me. When real alerts happen….nothing. I find out from Instagram. Useless.
Why Won’t Tech Support Answer My Questions

I have been extremely unhappy with Red Alert. On numerous occasions I have contacted them to ask a question. It takes WEEKS to respond to me and when they DO respond, they give answers that are totally unrelated to what I have asked !
Yesterday I was notified that rockets had been fired on Israel.
TODAY........those notifications are STILL there....instead of wiping the screen clean to start a NEW day.
These Technical Support employees........give a strong impression that they HATE Israel......and are extremely resentful having to answer questions from those of us around the world who LOVE Israel !
As far as this Red Alert APP........I detest it ! But, what other choice do I have ?
