Create Your Own Superhero Reviews

It’s huge. For such a tiny amount you can do with CreateYourOwnSuperhero it’s fun for maybe an hour. 100mb is huge overkill. You have to pay for most of the stuff to customize your character and they are not unique. You can’t draw or design your own pieces they are set with classic characters like wolverine and deadpool. Honestly a horrible pay to play app and it takes way to much storage for what little you can do.

I normally try to leave apps alone when it comes to purchases but I thought this was worth stating in hopes to warn others before they’re rawly disappointed as well.

App crashed several times after downloading it. Continues to do so after use. Phone is updated with the latest software, has the memory to sustain it, regardless, the game hates to run.
On top of it, as soon as you open it, there’s immediately a notice about premium options. However, the kicker to that is you’re required to purchase such to make a female character. Those of you that were eager to do such, I do apologize that unless you wish to pay for it, it’s not going to happen.

Just downloaded this to see if it would be cool cus I love superhero’s and powers, it’s free to download but have to pay to play there is a few day free trial then it will bill you, but I can’t do anything I’ll tap a button it will show a male and female hero then immediately kick me back to the main menu if I tap quick enough it will pull up the items you can design your hero will but still kick me to the main menu.

I do not at all understand how as soon as you first get into the game as you have just downloaded it you immediately go to an add about how they want to sell you some “premium” stuff and the worst part is that every page you go to in order to finish and go to the next page you have to scroll down and push the green button but when I tried to scroll it just stuck there so I had to click the part of the button that was just sticking out and when I finally reached the end of the add It didn’t even have a exit button and I had to delete!

I decided to download this game and once I opened it I got an add for a “premium” thing. I ignored it and started to play. I went into the make hero thing and tried to make a female hero. As soon as I clicked on the make female hero button the premium thing came up again. I know that CreateYourOwnSuperhero has inn-app purchases, but I don’t think it’s fair that you have to pay in order to create a female character. I hope that the developers see this review and realize that this is kinda sexist and change it immediately.

Every time I would try to get in to actually make the character it would switch back to the Home Screen before I could even tap anything. Sure it gave me the option to choose a male or female character AFTER I paid for it but I didn’t even get to play. CreateYourOwnSuperhero didn’t fit my screen and everything I pressed anything including the unmute button for the music it would glitch out. Can’t believe I paid money on this trash.

In this game it talks about how good it is being free and how awesome there choices are but over 75% of there choices are locked unless you buy an in app purchase. There are also no ability to change a heroes face or color of clothes only the options they give you. Even with the in app purchase the options are still very limited. Can’t find much nice things to say about this except how the clothing has no glitches in it.

CreateYourOwnSuperhero earns one star for it’s acceptable art and another star for being easy to use, but that all the redeeming qualities to a non-paying user. You’re options without paying are severely limited and, lets be real, not that great. You have to pay to make a female character, so you’re options are down to one dude with three free faces complete with non-customizable expressions and about three or four options for everything else. Oh, and nothing except his skin tone has any color options. The hair styles aren’t even customizable. Do yourself a favor and just keep scrolling.

I got CreateYourOwnSuperhero and at first I was really excited and then the first thing that pops up is an ad for the premium version. I clicked past it and continued on only to find that nearly EVERYTHING is restricted by premium. there’s like… only 3 free options available for each design and the others (which there are a lot of) are locked behind premium. really disappointed wouldn’t recommend unless you’re willing to buy premium. Otherwise enjoy making a budget hero design 😒

I downloaded this game because I love superheroes and I was bored. When I got it, it seemed ok. However after looking around for a little I noticed you can only create male superheroes. It would be great if you can add female as well. Also, the graphics aren’t very good. It copies the original designs from Marvel and DC, and the only original thing is the hair. I think this game is ok, but it has tons of wasted potential.

I like that there’s decent options with skin color but would like to see more options with hair styles/textures such as dreads, curly hair, etc

Its severely lacking in costume design options. I suggest more basic/everyday clothing since not every hero wears a cape 😏 or armor or a “super-suit” of any kind. But Also, it does needs more super-suit and weapon options as well. You should also consider including kid avatars for those of us who want to create super kids.

I have to you as soon as I saw this game I felt like I was in heaven but as soon as I downloaded it I only got two things from each category and the rest you have to pay for a lot of money then it just boring. My suggestion is that you give us a few more items for each category.

This game is amazing. Don’t get me wrong, but the fact that you have to pay for some stuff in the game makes your character. It just doesn’t look how it could look so I suggest that you get rid of the stuff that you have to pay for you just make it free, and if you pay for it, it only last for a year if you pay for the most expensive one so even if you do buy it, it’s kind of a scam. If you were reading this get rid of all the stuff you have to pay for.

I used up the 5 free credits for the AI, and that was good. But the paywall to continue to use it is a turnoff and made me delete CreateYourOwnSuperhero . AI art takes time to get it just right, and I needed to get it just right. But I couldn’t.

Plus, the regular creator is so limiting. The free options are just bad, give one or two good options if you’re going to paywall some of the options.

Overall, my suggestion for improvement is to remove a lot of the paywalls. Add A LOT more options in for the creator, and make 20% of the good options free. And make the AI 100% free or ad-supported. Do this, and way more people will use CreateYourOwnSuperhero . Otherwise it looks a bit tacky (to be blunt)

With CreateYourOwnSuperhero u can make and design and accessorize ur very own super hero. You can make them any way u want. If u can think it u can make it.

U can show ur creations off to ur friends and show them how creative you are. There are tons of designs to choose from.

But even though u have to purchase some things it is worth it. It is a fun app. If u are one of those creative type of people with a great imagination u will luv CreateYourOwnSuperhero.

My kid likes it. Limited options for suits and I have yet to discover how to unlock more without paying. But you can make superheroes that resemble Spider-Man, Iron man, Hawkeye, wolverine, etc. or combinations of those with a few different options for gloves, boots, weapons and accessories.

The fact I can see you soon as possible and a lot more fun and addicting and I don't think that it was not immediately available to all of them in my head and a lot more fun and I don't think that I have a great way of saying life in and out to of of the day year old boy I tell her that to my phone to be a great day to be on that one person who can be I love you so much for me to be on that one of those days when you get a new phone

Would you please give us the option of naming our heroes/villains/female heroes. especially give us the option to name our character powers and character backstories please devs also bring over more additional accessories and equipment from other recent superhero leagues like x men or the justice league or teen titans. Also give us another category for our hero making like power augmentation

Love this game its a lot of fun! The only down side is you have to pay for everything except for a few things theyve already given u. So it become borring after a while because theres not much more to make after youve made about 5

I love your superhero creator app! I love all the different options and variations when creating and speccing your hero and I love how you can create different versions like comic, cartoon, retro and action figure etc! Please add female variations to action figures and retro! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the AI though! Thanks so much on the awesome job of a superhero creator app! Love it!
