I started playing this game 3 months after it came out and at first it looked interesting, you get to meet people all over the world and make friends but that’s about it. To be powerful or grow, you need to spend money. I tried not to spend any money on this game but I bought one pack and I still regret it. The whole players did a strike on mobile strike to show that this money spending was irritating and mobile strike reduced it for a bit but then after the strike was over. Mobile strike created the cybernetic troops and guess what? It was free!!! Yep they gave every player free cybernetic troops and then money came back to the picture. If you buy a pack, a month later a new pack is out and you are wanting to buy that one... if you don’t, they’ll “discount” it to where you can buy one get one free. They tried ways to try and get folk to spend money on it and boy did it work for a lot of people. I finally gave up this game just about a month ago and I’m so glad I did!!! Please I’d advise against anyone downloading this game. It’s a waste of money. Your life and family is more important than mobile strike.

I quit playing this game because lately the servers have been acting strange. My game will crash, things disappear, my troops would cease to exist for some amount of time, only to reappear in my base in time for a player to attack me and kill them all. Packs cost 100usd and you don’t get much for them. And on top of that, after you spend 100 bucks on a pack, the game is too unstable to even make use of it. Luckily I never bought a pack so I feel no attachment to this game, but I know elderly people who have spent 10,000 dollars on this game, just to end up losing to someone who spent 20,000 on the game. Not worth it! Invest that money instead of spending it on a broken game that incentivizes paying 1000s of real world dollars. Their tech support is the worst I’ve ever encountered as well. Whenever I complain about something disappearing, or some bug causing me to get zeroed, their response is always the same; “buy more packs”. Yeah right. Why would I but even 1 pack for 100 bucks when the game is too trash to even play? No thanks. You’d think they would have legit tech support on a game that likely generates millions of dollars per month, but they don’t. Sad.

Observation: this game is not designed for casual players. It requires substantial investments of time and money to advance and remain competitive against other players. Gameplay is sufficiently sophisticated, but requires constant, near hourly play to maximize rewards. I spent about $1,000 USD and didn’t anywhere approach sufficient “leveling” to be competitive. Criticism: the game oppressively advertises “packs” priced at $99 each. For that cost, the developers failed to address app glitches that significantly hindered my play. Staff responded with canned emails directing troubleshooting steps, none of which worked. Further requests for support and compensation were ignored, with only a token statement: “we will forward this to the developers.” For the amount of money I spent I had a reasonable expectation for personalized service and assistance. I DO NOT recommend this game to anyone when both observations and criticisms are taken into account. Your money is better spent on apps by developers who take your complaints of dysfunctionality seriously, and who do not harass you with ads even after spending thousands of dollars.
