I paid $22.49 and my bestie paid $26.00 to attend the March singles happy hour this past weekend. It was supposed to be at Warriors Taphouse in Virginia Beach on Saturday from 7 o'clock to 9 o'clock. We waited and waited for the hostess to arrive and never arrived to facilitate the activities for the event. We want to know how to get a refund ASAP. My friend's name is Cindy Young. We are both very upset because we were looking forward to it.

I hate this app worst one out there. I thought it would be fun not seeing faces and meeting up with singles. One all the guys just ask for pics right away since obviously our face is cut out that is exhausting in itself. Second most just want sex and they are looking for serious relationships. The events for single to meet up no where you can find them I get emails for events happening everywhere except Dallas. I’m sure I can’t get my money back so a waste of time and money. Not to mention if you can write back right away or give them your number jigsaw unmatched you that’s pretty wack

For an app that is trying to advertise being different from other apps, it does get your attention with the single mixtures and being able to meet in person, but that’s a trap !!! beware. What they show in the photos is not what you get, it’s a ruse to get you to pay for the app so you can “check in” when you get to the “so call event” this is all fake you show up to a normal bar no one is checking you in, there is no host and people are not mixing and mingling it’s just people hanging with friends they came with! What an awful thing to do to people who pay for this stupid app then to be scammed and feel foolish, wasting there time to show up and meet people, it’s one thing to just randomly scroll and meet people online but there are people who are making an effort to go out just to be scammed. All those who rate 5 star comments are also bots! I am a YouTuber and a blogger and I will be putting your app on blast, I have saved all the emails and messages asking for my refund with no response and charges made.

Listen , I never write reviews good or bad. However , I will make an exception today. Avoid this app at all cost.
My experience: Background, I am a male in his late 20s living in Seattle. I consider myself fairly attractive and get plenty of matches on other dating apps. For starters I did want to download this app, I wanted to do something different and signed up for a speed dating event. To my surprise I had to download this app to get in. The event went exactly how I thought it was going to go. Demographically speaking there are more males in Seattle then females. Show up to the event and there was 14 guys and 4 girls. All the people at the event were lovely but it was poorly ran , many of the guys left and asked for refunds do to the small turn out. The host while very nice was a scatter brain.
Now about the app, in order to start swiping you have to purchase a subscription, that’s right TO START SWIPING. I tried deleting the app and they give you a message to try out jigsaw for free for 3 days. So I decided why not let’s see what this is all about , there like 15 girls that use this app within a 50 miles radius.
With that being said I am never downloading this app or going to a live event from them.
