Yeah still not usable, frankly it could be where i live but still your app is heavy on photos! I have to take a billion selfies just to make sure the jigsaw puzzle wont be cut and then later be tagged as inappropriate, so heres a warning TO EVERYONE ABOUT ANY DATING SITE if you live in a good area or have money for the plus membership yeah you have MUCH better chances to match, but for the rest that live in slums or in small communites and even places that doesn't appear on the map, you have barely any chance for matches besides bots and people who just want a hookup This is my experience ive had with these apps and i already been through too many dating apps to receive either more depression and just endless tormet as we wait for a SYSTEM to match people on random chance Heres an idea if you wanted to make another app for more rejection you might as well make a spinning wheel to choose I have tried over and over for all these sites and they all are talk Frankly i have better chances making friends with a hornet than to be matched on these faux apps

I hate this app worst one out there. I thought it would be fun not seeing faces and meeting up with singles. One all the guys just ask for pics right away since obviously our face is cut out that is exhausting in itself. Second most just want sex and they are looking for serious relationships. The events for single to meet up no where you can find them I get emails for events happening everywhere except Dallas. I’m sure I can’t get my money back so a waste of time and money. Not to mention if you can write back right away or give them your number jigsaw unmatched you that’s pretty wack

So I actually really enjoy the app, but I’m experiencing a bug that’s causing me to be unable to access anything on the app other than the page to send matches. I tried deleting and redownloading the app and when I did this it kept me logged in when I reinstalled, but it’s telling me to join now and won’t give me any options to navigate to other areas it just pulls up the jigsaw premium page(which I can’t afford). This is the second bug I experienced the first was that I couldn’t access the messaging, but that was fixed almost immediately. However, I can’t even access the section to report a bug and get it fixed. Any help would be awesome thank you! If I have to pay to view my messages on this app I will be leaving. Loved the initial concept but making it to where we must pay to do anything is ridiculous ESPECIALLY SINCE YESTERDAY I COULD ACCESS LITERALLY EVERY PART OF MY ACCOUNT. IF YOURE GOING TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU SHOULD SEND OUT AN UPDATED TERMS OF SERVICE. I didn’t agree to pay for play. This isn’t ppv it’s a dating app. Have the day you deserve jigsaw team.
