I am had set autopay option for sride and I am unable to cancel autopay from gpay app as its telling me that can be done from merchant side only and I tried emailing them but there's no response and I am paying the charges 300rs after every 3 months This is fraud please stay out of this
my amount was deducted without any msg and i already given amount for 1 month suscription with in 16 days my amount

I wish I had the option to rate it in negative. Earlier it used to be user friendly with filters and the interface was good too but since the time it updated its version it’s really irritating and frustrating to use.

Sending promotional messages

This app sends promotional text messages to mobile number directly though you never subscribed. There is no feature to delete account when you choose to opt out. No phone number/address of company found on sRide website.
Fraud app

I tried to redeem the amount in my bank account accumulated due to rides, couldn’t got processed in a month. And subscription got auto renewed without confirmation and charged Rs 225 instead of 160. Day by day it’s coming with rules to con the people.
