I just downloaded the Mobstar App from Google play so as to vote the Miss world contestant but unfortunately i cant sign in nor can i enter via google as per the options. Kindly assist.

How to fix MobStar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MobStar app on iPhone
Update MobStar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MobStar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MobStar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MobStar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MobStar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MobStar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MobStar App
1. On android, goto Settings » MobStar » click [Force Stop]

Update MobStar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MobStar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MobStar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MobStar.

Fix MobStar unable to contact server/ MobStar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MobStar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MobStar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MobStar
