Dumb app.

I know apps are a lot cheaper to make than before but this is stupid. It sends you a message every week telling you the garbage day. Forgive me for this, but if you are over 8 years old, you should know your garbage day.
The rest of the app tells you what is recyclable. The normal person, evening having the app is more likely to check the web rather than the app to find out what is recyclable.
I suspect the 4 and 5 star reviews are mostly city and Waste Connections employees, or people who tag it in a meeting after listening to employees from Waste Connections talking about garbage.
Speaking of garbage, this app is garbage.
This is a waste of tax dollars.

I know some of the reviewers claim to be garbage night memory wizards, but life gets busy and I happen to appreciate the reminders. More importantly, having an easy source for what is and isn't recyclable in Vancouver has been quite helpful on a number of occasions.

It’s nice to have the ping when it’s time to get the bins out as well as what needs to go out. Also when there’s going to be any sort of change or delay. Very good app to have on hand
