- App update deletes downloaded issues and prevents access to paid content

- Previous issues operated like a pdf, not ideal for reading

- No way to log in with print subscription

- Zoom option does not exist, making it difficult to read on iPhone

- Some users have not been able to access their purchased content despite trying various solutions

- Some users have not received promised free issues after paying for one

- Print subscribers cannot access digital versions

- Failing to provide access to digital versions for print subscribers is unacceptable in 2017.

To resolve AFAR Magazine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AFAR Magazine App
1. On android, goto Settings » AFAR Magazine » click [Force Stop]

Clear AFAR Magazine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AFAR Magazine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AFAR Magazine.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AFAR Magazine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AFAR Magazine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AFAR Magazine
