I really wanted to like this app, and I even paid for the premium license. But nothing seems to work properly—it keeps saying that I need to re-purchase the paid edition (even though I have a receipt from the first time I paid for it. At $25, it’s pretty steep!). I have been around in circles with customer service, which keeps repeating the same directions that don’t work. I wish there were a way to get my money back, as I have lost countless hours on what appears to be a buggy version of this app.

Love the free app so much that I paid for the full PDF Reader Pro for my Mac OS expecting that I would be able to use that purchase across all my Apple platforms (IPhone and IPad). I was very disappointed to find out that PDF technologies has a ‘different’ version for IOS and they want me to pay again. Not how the Apple ecosystem is supposed to work. I will likely find another PDF editor rather than pay twice.

I can’t believe I purchased the permanent version on my MacBook and you want me to buy a separate license for my iPad as well. You’re the first app I have had this issue with. I would like a refund right now if possible. It’s a total waste of money if I have to pay for separate licenses across me devices.
