Update lost my collection

You sent me an email stating the app was updated. I checked my collection. It’s gone. I followed your instructions. It said to log out. I did that. Now it won’t accept my password. Tried the reset password option. It says my email isn’t on file. The same email that you sent me the notification that the app was updated!!!!! Fix it!!!
Where is customer service?

I emailed 2 weeks ago and at regular intervals- that I can’t login to my cloud account and that password reset does not work with 4 tries. 1 star for this. If some one contacts me, I may update. I paid for money on this developer and I get and alter that pro rates are going up. As if, I’d be paying more for NO service.
Freezing

The app seems to be freezing after scanning a UPC of an item. It takes forever for it to find the item and then it just comes up with a generic ‘funko’ as the found UPC item.
