They spent several hours over many days manually listing Xbox live arcade games and Eshop games and Psn games. Then all of a sudden all of them disappeared. I emailed them and they responded with this:
Due to a brand new type of malicious attack on our servers (called Ako), our apps were down on Sunday, January 12th, 2020 while we mitigated the issue. ** No personal information such as usernames or passwords were compromised. **
All of our systems and apps are back online, but any collection data created or modified from November 12th, 2019 until yesterday is still being restored and may take a while to appear. This includes user accounts, so logins created during that time period will not work. We do not have a timeframe on when this restore will be completed, as there is a separate backup that will need to be merged and is not a very manual process.
I gave up and decided to try CLZ Games. It’s very good although you have to pay $1.50 a month or $15 a year for their online services. But at least I know they have an interest in keeping their product up and working to continue to make money. This ‘Sort It’ app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. So you can waste your time listing hundreds of games here only to lose them or find another app.

So I have been using this App for more than a couple of years and while they update it they are not updating critical things to collectors.
1)There is No price charting in how much your collection is worth except using Ebay which is off. They should use Pricingcharting or Gamevaluenow for video games. Collectors need to place VALUE FOR INSURANCE!
2) They don't have a informational tabs that suggest whether if it's-Loose, Complete in the Box, New Sealed, or Graded! These 4 things are critical to video Game collectors because the value and information is important
3) they don't allow Strategy guides or Video Game collectibles to scan since they have other apps but what they are missing is that Video Game Collectors strictly - "video games" NOT "Strategy Guides/ aka books, and they figures. They are collecting Video Game Collector Stuff! That stuff includes - Games (cartridge, complete in box, Graded or sealed), Strategy Guides, Game figures because most collectors editions NOW INCLUDES FIGURES!
Please update the APP FOR MODERN VIDEO GAME COLLECTOR.

Lost my whole inventory trying to sort cool features to the app. However, even though it's free to download, you can only list 15 games before you must upgrade. There are many different tiers of memberships. Some as high as $70. Even though they are lifetime memberships that is still very high. I wouldn't have minded paying a few bucks for this app but $6 is way too much. I don't see why such limits should be placed on the number of games in your list. The ability to scan barcodes and add to your list is great, but not for $6
