Dearborn Real Estate Exam Prep Reviews

I enjoyed DearbornRealEstateExamPrep very much. I liked it enough to pay for the whole app. Until a recent update in which all the questions have some cartoon with super small font and you have to zoom in to read this comic strip and answer the question. I like to go on and answer random questions as a quick refresh but now with this it takes up way more time and I answer less questions than before. Please provide an option to just have general questions please. unless I'm missing something and this can be removed. Flash cards would also be nice to have In DearbornRealEstateExamPrep .

The 3 stars are because I enjoyed using DearbornRealEstateExamPrep and some of the study material was helpful. I used it every way possible. I took all the quizzes in all the categories, created custom quizzes, and went back over and studied the things I wasn’t getting right until I was getting 100% on everything. Then I went to take my test and thought, “Where is all the material I studied?” I don’t have test anxiety, and I have strong reading comprehension and writing skills. I just barely passed the exam. I’m reading reviews by people who are thrilled to have gotten an 85%. Everyone knows real estate exams are extremely difficult, but why can’t a study tool be designed to match that standard; and for those of us who study it the hardest be better rewarded for our efforts? Is it satisfactory to have a country full of realtors who only know 75 to 85% of the agreed-upon standard? I’ve been thinking about writing this review since I tested in June. I’m left with this thought: If it’s not uncommon for people to have to take the test multiple times (more $$$ to the real estate commission) which requires more learning or keeping a subscription another month (more $$$ to the education businesses…) could the system be designed for more money to be made before the mark is finally hit?

I got DearbornRealEstateExamPrep through the book I got in my real estate school DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is perfect for refreshing memory and the basics of things all though I would like to point out that I have taken the state exam 4 times and have not come into any questions that are even similar to the questions asked on DearbornRealEstateExamPrep I do not recommend DearbornRealEstateExamPrep for the state exam I recommend you find harder questions cause that’s what I was asked in the state exam this is a very good app for keeping your mind fresh but not good at all for the state exam

I downloaded this a month prior to my 2 week class. The preparation was great. I loved DearbornRealEstateExamPrep . I wasn’t in a hurry and when something didn’t work correctly I would move on to another area. Great for casual studying.

Day 1 of class, DearbornRealEstateExamPrep crashed and would only let me take quizzes over the last 3 units of the book. (22 units in book) that was rather frustrating. So I e mailed dear born.

They said
“Hey Meagan we will fix the bug in a couple days.”

I’m a guy that isn’t named Meagan...13 days later....after I had taken my test, it was up and running.

When I take the quizzes now, they will randomly say that I had questions answered incorrectly when I did not. THAT can hurt what you’re memorizing. I basically had to go back to the book to make sure my answers were correct.

DearbornRealEstateExamPrep will freeze during a quiz, which makes you have to start over and not know whether or not you passed the quiz(when taking a quiz over 25 problems that can really make you frustrated)

I am not happy with DearbornRealEstateExamPrep . I had paid for DearbornRealEstateExamPrep, and whenever I pay a substantial amount of money I want DearbornRealEstateExamPrep to work correctly.

The info in DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is great! But unfortunately my job as DearbornRealEstateExamPrep user was to find the issues for the future for other downloaders to benefit from.

This tool was instrumental in getting me comfortable with the types of questions on the test. The additional help provided was key and the ability to bookmark those stinking questions that I needed to spend more time on was essential.

I do wish there was more variety in the questions (less duplicate questions), but overall I recommend this tool.

I didn’t get this until the second week of my 2 week program. I wish I had used it from the beginning. It makes it easy to keep reviewing concepts or terminology you’re struggling to remember and when you don’t know an answer the explanation given is very good. I was one of the better students in class and 5 days after my program ended passed my test very easily. You are only going to get out of DearbornRealEstateExamPrep what you put in but if used well it’s a game changer!

I never write reviews but I felt I really needed to for this. I struggled to get through my course so once I finally passed I started using DearbornRealEstateExamPrep. I answered the recommended number of questions a day until right before my exam then I did a quick cram over a 3 day period where I went through as many questions as I possibly could. I passed the exam on the first try! I definitely recommend DearbornRealEstateExamPrep especially if you feel like you need more help!

I just recently passed my PA Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam, on the first try!! DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is an incredible tool. The week prior to my test I went through every group of units one day at a time. I answered all of the questions, marked the ones I didn’t know and returned to them afterwards to study which parts I was 100% sure of!

I have recommended DearbornRealEstateExamPrep to multiple friends who are also getting ready to take their exam! It is a little pricey, but in my min worth every penny.

I failed twice on my exam and was so depressed I almost gave up! I went to checked around apps and found this one and bought it due to the reviews. So glad I did! After studying all the questions thoroughly, I thought to myself, will DearbornRealEstateExamPrep even help me!? I took my exam again today and passed it with flying colors AND with confidence! Third times a charm! If only I found DearbornRealEstateExamPrep sooner, I would’ve passed my first try! Thank you Dearborn for your tremendous help!!!

Passed my real estate exam on my first attempt. Without question DearbornRealEstateExamPrep played an important role in my exam prep. If you use all the resources DearbornRealEstateExamPrep gives you along with a complete studying process, you’ll be successful. Don’t focus only on the correct answers for questions, but why the answers are correct. Awesome app and extremely happy with the results.

I recently took, and passed, the real estate exam in New Hampshire!!! The program I went to used the 20th edition (big yellow book) and inside the yellow book was a green tear away card for DearbornRealEstateExamPrep . I was never one to purchase a subscription, but I opted to give DearbornRealEstateExamPrep a try, as a fellow classmate had raved about it. I’d did the one month subscription, and boy it paid off!!! The questions were worded in a way very similar to the actual exam I took (in regards to the national questions). I took quizzes daily on top of reading the book cover to cover twice and preparing over 700 hand written flash cards.

Like anything, you will get out what you put into it, so study hard, read the book, and DearbornRealEstateExamPrep might be a great tool to help you prepare for your exam, it sure was helpful for me!

I was seriously skeptical of paying this much for the subscription. But it was worth it. I listened and watched their videos. Then completed all the questions before practicing in my book. The questions are not the same as the states. Hopefully in the future you can select a state to give you more specific questions to your states and broker/associate exam. But some were on the exam. Very good for brokers exam. It covered more than was needed to pass Associate exam. But I can say I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY. Thank you.

Practice Study Prepare Excellent resource I recommend DearbornRealEstateExamPrep for my students as a reinforcement of what they are learning or for a quick quiz when they have a break at work, waiting to pick up children, sitting at an appointment. Anywhere they have a few minutes to study.

After purchasing a state specific course elsewhere and completing it, I failed the state portion of my exam. I literally felt like I studied science for a geometry test once I started reading the questions. Luckily, I came across your program, studied the actual state specific material, and passed it easily. I cannot tell you how grateful I am!

Every single thing I learned in class is on DearbornRealEstateExamPrep and even the examples given in class. The study guide in the book was too hard because when you get it wrong there is nothing to explain the write answer. That’s why I think DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is great! Plus you can revisit the questions that you need practice on over and over.

DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is awesome. I shared it with 6 classmates who all didn't pass our first exam by only 1-2 points. This is gonna be a game changer. I'm gonna Ace this next exam. The instructor didn't even know about DearbornRealEstateExamPrep. Glad I googled it and helping myself and classmates pass. I can't study any time, place, day, etc. thanks for DearbornRealEstateExamPrep. I will write another review when I pass! WooHoo!!

DearbornRealEstateExamPrep is amazing.
It has a bunch of different questions and it gives you the explanation to understand in case you do not know the answer.
I reached out the team for a question I had and they responded almost immediately and helped figure it out. 100% recommend.

I had major issues getting DearbornRealEstateExamPrep to work, but once it did it was amazing!! I took my exam today and easily passed, having used DearbornRealEstateExamPrep as my only means of review. Covers all the essentials and provides various methods of material presentation, making it easy to use no matter your lifestyle. Definitely worth the small investment.

Let me just tell y’all that I had to take my test seven or eight times and I passed on the eight times because DearbornRealEstateExamPrep really helped me dig deep into each unit and figure out what I was lacking on and struggling on The explanations and even people‘s comments about the questions helped out so much I highly recommend DearbornRealEstateExamPrep Even if you cannot afford the full plan or subscription because I sure couldn’t at least get the trial make sure you cancel it but use that trial to your advantage it’s going to benefit you so much I promise and also a little tip some of those questions that I practice on DearbornRealEstateExamPrep weren’t actually on my test Word for Word even answer choices so get on it!!
