It’s impossible to send email to an inmate You have stopped all regular mail And made it impossibly hard to get to the link to send email to inmates. At least with the tiny post card that usd to be allowed there was room for an I LOVE YOU.
NOW EVEN THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE. I don’t think this is in keeping with best practices or the legal requirements.

It is convenient to have everything in one place. My only complaint is your videos need to be updated. 2 and 3 years ago, a lot changes in that amount of time.

I would personally like to thank each and every police officer for their services too Tuscaloosa and keeping us safe. Thank you again

This one is more difficult to navigate

The latest update or changes that were intentionally made to TuscaloosaCountySheriff have made it pretty useless, at least to me. Mugshots don’t show up in TuscaloosaCountySheriff while they are viewable in the website, charges there are listed on the website are missing from TuscaloosaCountySheriff and inmates are listed by last name only to name a few.

Love the new update! The whole app looks a lot more modern and it’s really convenient to have everything in one place on the explore tab.

Good to know what is going on in our community and the great job our deputies are doing. Please keep up the good work in keeping us safe and our streets clean.

Only shows last name and everybody not showing up. Had somebody else open TuscaloosaCountySheriff on their phone and I seen somebody that I knew but when I opened my app the person didn’t show and I deleted and reinstalled TuscaloosaCountySheriff

App is easy to navigate.

TuscaloosaCountySheriff used to be great, but a majority of the time when it doesn’t say “failure to load” it’ll just say no information

I love TuscaloosaCountySheriff and appreciate the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office making TuscaloosaCountySheriff available to us.

I really love TuscaloosaCountySheriff but I only gave it 3 stars bc the warrants have not updated in 6 months or more....the arrests are updated regularly but not the warrants.

Ok so the people in the jail have been arrested. Why are only the last names listed. TuscaloosaCountySheriff used to be much better

Before the update, you could search the entire jail which was great and beneficial. Now you can only search the recent arrest. That’s my only gripe. If you guys could bring back that feature, this would definitely get a 5 star rating from me.
