Hello and my problem with the the dead target game right now is that I have it for the iPhone and I can buy anything else besides the battle pass and I have reported this problem 2 weeks ago and I got an email back saying that it could be a problem with my wifi connection which I actually have great wifi connection where i live.I spend about $20 per week on this game and I waited until the new battle pass came out today and I am having the same problem to where I can buy anything else besides the battle pass I have even tried to buy the $19.99 battle pass which a nice bundle of stuff and i can’t even buy that.And I have tried to buy the $9.99 battle pass and it want allow me to buy that either.I have bought the battle pass plenty of times before but here recently in the last few weeks it denies me from wanting to buy any of the battle passes.

I believe I have the same issue as Robert R below. You try to start a game session and it pops back to the opening map. However the game session has started, but it's sharing the screen with the map. You can hear the audio of the game session, and, if you press the correct area of the screen, you can fire your weapon. You can't see game session screen. I attempted to change settings to see what effect it my have. The changed settings aren't saved. Sometimes settings you haven't modified will change on their own. Basically, this game is fubar'ed. F___'ed beyond all recognition. Help!

Tried to load mission but goes back to map. Also keeps changing my settings. Everything in the store just keeps going in circles

Unable to load missions.

Can't upgrade battle pass been trying for 3 days

Can't down load battle pass, keeps saying please wait, it's been doing this for 3 days mow

I purchased upgrade for battle pass but it no longer works and I can’t restore it

My game mission hang problem

Simply there are too many ads in between. The Game hangs everytime after an ad. Rage mode not working. tried re-installing the game and lost all my progresses. there were no load button while I reinstalled the game. I had to start a new, but still having the same problems as before.

It won't load any missions when it loads it kicks me back to the map but I'm in the mission in the background you can see my life bar and the claw marks from the zombies also where you click for Frankenstein mission and supply run has just said downloading 0% it won't let me do anything I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing it's now been 4 days can you fix it send an update something if I try to contact customer support through the game it sends me into a mission I cannot play cause it's in the background of the map screen

Keeps crashing when I go to Any map. Been going on for 3 days. Tried to forse stop of app. If I uninstall I will NOT be coming back!

Rage mode not working and orange power up gone. I've an android Samsung galaxy s20fe I uninstalled it. I cleared cache and data still not working. So I won't purchase anything now

I load game and it puts me back to level select screen but game is still running behind screen

It keeps crashing and not saving my progress so I can load it on another phone

Running slow

It also took me out of my Wind Angel Event and all of my up to Tier 45 collected accomplishment.

Something stole all of my 3 Silver and 4 gold Vip boxes.
