I tried several times on a 16 pt 1 character label and other more complicated labels, every scan was unrecognized. I tried premium figuring I needed more practice, but in the end no amount of effort could read any Chinese label. Sorry, it is a great idea, if it worked. Maybe it will improve with... Show more age. Also, beware their privacy policy is pretty broad, maybe worth it for the function, but now do I delete or wait, as it says they can use the data even when not using the app? Geotagging every menu I try this on and selling the data, might be someone’s idea of fun, but not mine unfortunately.

If I could give it less than a star I would. I tried so many times to translate Japanese to English but it wouldn’t scan the words at all. It’d give me a loading screen then tell me it couldn’t do it no matter what I tried. Then on top of that since I had the free version I could only scan 3 times ... Show more so when they were giving me errors it was also taking away the times I could scan a picture in. This app needs some serious work if it ever wants to be good because as far as I see it this app is trash.

So I got this app about a week ago and it just hasn’t worked. Like you can’t touch the screen or even exist off the app without waiting. It causes my phone to freeze. (iPhone 5s newest iOS). It overall looked like a legit I work app but sadly it doesn’t work. It isn’t worth getting i... Show more n my opinion. Anyways take your chances with it, maybe you can get it to work. I hate publishing bad reviews but it happens. Don’t want others to make the same mistake I did.

I’m deleting it, simple as that.
