Used to use this all the time now it won’t let me log in with just my email , lost my vip acct and all my purchased content because my phone number in linked to a different acct. now o have no way to get access to my main acct.

I’ve been using Jane for several years now and bought a vip pack before the subscriptions were implemented. After the fix, I noticed I can’t restore my vip purchase anymore. Do I have to pay again? 😢

Super cute app however there’s only very few things In English which makes it hard for me to fully use as I can’t understand the entire app. 😭 I did change the language to English but doesn’t seem to cover Jane entirely. Hoping this changes in a future update. ❤️

Jane automatically logged me out and I can’t log in or restore my purchases. Jane Support just shows a blank screen. What is going on?

The only reason why I give a 4 is because Unless you pay, or else the this app wording will be on all your creatives. Other then that, you can still use many free templates.

I love Jane so much. It allows my Instagram blog page to be creative.
The minor issue is short video clips. Jane only allows 10secs which is unfortunate because I have to do extra work by cutting down a 30sec clip into 3 clips and then go to another app and combine the 3 clips to make it into one so that I can have the full 30secs on Instagram. If they upgrade Jane to allow 30secs or more I would be the happiest person.

I like Jane BUT! There’s some problems
1) When i use English language! It doesn’t appear.
2) if you don’t open application for two or three days! When you open it again! Ask you to enter password and check internet connection!!!

I like Jane but I wish if it fully supported the English or Arabic language because I do not understand the notes in Chinese

Great app. I’m in love for all design. My only suggestion is to have a option for us to choose our own language besides that Jane is perfect!

I absolutely love ALL the filters and themes you can choose! There’s a huge variety of choices that even non-vip people can use! And to get VIP it’s only 5$ and it’s permanent <3 love Jane I’m definitely gonna get vip asap hahah. I just can’t read much of Jane since it’s chinese lol but otherwise, I love Jane.
