I have a MUVI K-Series Ver: C.EB.15 I bought it new a few years ago, but cannot get it to take still pictures every 20 seconds. Following the instructions “Turn On” ok. “Press and hold red start button for 3 seconds” nothing happens. I can get the menu showing and even find the camera symbol (rather than the video symbol) but confirming this does not put the device into still camera mode. It may be a software problem or the instructions that came with the device do not match. Please can you help me. Thank you. John Watson john@redacted
