I have a MUVI K-Series Ver: C.EB.15 I bought it new a few years ago, but cannot get it to take still pictures every 20 seconds. Following the instructions “Turn On” ok. “Press and hold red start button for 3 seconds” nothing happens. I can get the menu showing and even find the camera symbol (rather than the video symbol) but confirming this does not put the device into still camera mode. It may be a software problem or the instructions that came with the device do not match. Please can you help me. Thank you. John Watson john@redacted

How to fix Muvi K-Series app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Muvi K-Series app on iPhone
Update Muvi K-Series app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Muvi K-Series iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Muvi K-Series on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Muvi K-Series network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Muvi K-Series Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Muvi K-Series not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Muvi K-Series App
1. On android, goto Settings » Muvi K-Series » click [Force Stop]

Update Muvi K-Series to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Muvi K-Series App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Muvi K-Series » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Muvi K-Series.

Fix Muvi K-Series unable to contact server/ Muvi K-Series internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Muvi K-Series » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Muvi K-Series » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Muvi K-Series
