Lost my duck’s appearance and pets to a glitch

I clicked on the pet trainer and I couldn’t exit out of the trainer’s window, so I closed the game and reopened it. The dog pet that I just bought with two gems had been reset to the default egg and my duck was wiped from its lilac/lavender primary color and pink accents and poofed hair to a white primary and no hair style or accents. I’m upset that I have to waste time and coins on redesigning my duck to the same way it was before. And even worse: it saved to my facebook cloud as the reset duck.
Five minutes and already hate it

I had this game for five minutes and I already hate it. You want to know why, three reasons. Number one, it’s a complete ripoff of jet pack joyride. Number two, it’s not even a duck life game! You don’t even race! Number three, every time I try to go into the tower with the numbers on it my screen goes completely black, no joke. I love all games of duck life but this, no, this is not a duck life game. Take my advice and don’t even download it. #getarealducklifegame

I love duck life my friend told me to play it and I love it . But this is a rip-off I got the app 30 seconds ago and I had played this on my. Chromebook and it was great. But 30 more seconds passed and I leaned how to play and so I had entered the temple and I stared to fly!?!. . . I CANT FLY I try to tap and do everything and I can not fly then my duck died and so I had left the game and when I got back on the game my duck was gone and it was exclaiming how to play I Was MAD when I mean MAD I mean it so if you get it get off it it is the game that makes you get it so it is popular with people
