PhotoCollageMontageLayout has it all but in frames there is no plain white or black frame, only decorated ones. Those are good too, but I need a simple white/black frame than PhotoCollageMontageLayout would be perfect for me, honestly. So, I gave it a 4, but will change it to 5 if a white frame is added.
