I open 911MuseumAudioGuide in preparation for a visit and it just spins?

911MuseumAudioGuide take SO long to download after 911MuseumAudioGuide is downloaded! I hope I never download these kind of apps hated it!!

As stated in the title, the content in 911MuseumAudioGuide is great but the fact that the audio stops every time your phone screen goes to black is awful. It would be better to offer the audio tracks via iTunes instead of as an app so you don't have to have your phone on and lit up the whole time running your battery to 0.

The audio tracks are very informative and good to listen to throughout the museum. However, the audio stops every time you lock your phone, which will auto lock after about a minute, causing you to have to constantly unlock your phone. They should have tested 911MuseumAudioGuide throughout the museum while creating it, to catch egregious errors like these.

Audio stops when the phone locks which is frustrating. A cool feature would be implementing iBeacon technology so 911MuseumAudioGuide knows where you are in the museum and could speak according to which exhibit the visitor is viewing in the museum.

I was discouraged that 911MuseumAudioGuide does not continue to play audio when you switch to another app like your camera; it's extremely annoying because sometimes 911MuseumAudioGuide "reboots" and you loose your place in the audio commentary. I was also discouraged that 911MuseumAudioGuide does not prevent the phone from auto locking. Several times throughout the tour, the narrator was cutoff because of this. Fix these issues, and you have a wonderful app.

Audio stops whenever phone locks. For most people who have their phone set to lock after a couple minutes of inactivity, that means the audio will stop halfway through listening to a particular clip while they're looking at an exhibit.

Agree with previous comments on usage issues. Bring ear buds/headphone with you to avoid lining up to purchase. Book museum visit online to avoid long line up for tickets.

911MuseumAudioGuide made my museum experience much better. I was able to listen to different descriptions of the exhibits. The audio clips followed the museum layout allowing me to know that I saw all the exhibits. It was nice having the audio when people crowded around the exhibit info cards.

2 problems with 911MuseumAudioGuide -
1) the audio requires a large download that doesn't automatically download when 911MuseumAudioGuide is installed. You should do this in advance of your trip if you want to avoid using your data.
2) every time my phone locked the audio would stop playing. I found myself constantly scrolling to prevent my phone from locking

Interesting and informative tour and about the right level of detail. We didn't experience any of the technical issues experienced by other reviewers.

Having almost lost and having family who directly lost loved ones, I found 911MuseumAudioGuide helpful in the sense of filling in the gaps of details I might have missed at the museum. I can appreciate the efforts in respect made by many. Nothing will ever please or make up for nor replace what or whom ever was taken. Thank you for trying.🙏🏼❣

This is a simple yet very well made museum application that is designed to give users different facets of stories that make up the 9/11 experience. While most museum applications consist mainly of galleries and exhibit information, this one relies on intimate storytelling through the narration of actor Robert De Niro and first person accounts to get the message across. Through his words and others users will get a reflective sense of the 9/11 tragedy and how the museum is being used as a stepping stone to confront and learn from the pain and the grief. Users can interact with 911MuseumAudioGuide in several ways whether through audio, transcripts and for some parts video. 911MuseumAudioGuide is broken into five sections that focus on a specific part of the experience. Users who are at the museum can also use 911MuseumAudioGuide as a guide where a map will display where you are in the museum according to the exhibit.

911MuseumAudioGuide is amazing. I was 11 living 60 miles from NYC. This brings back so many memories from when I was a kid.

Everyone should have 911MuseumAudioGuide and remember everyone who died on that day.

Save $20 - 911MuseumAudioGuide is all you need!

Appropriate design and a very good representation of the 911 incident. I was a survivor, but many others died and this is a way for me to honor them.

911MuseumAudioGuide provides a fantastic free self guided tour for the only must-visit NYC attraction. Get here if you are in town, the most moving and rewarding experience. Pay your respects and always remember.

911MuseumAudioGuide was amazing. I absolutely can't wait to go to the museum, God bless all of the families and friends of those who were killed on this devastating day. I cannot believe some of the comments that I've read. How could you even think that it was an inside job? No matter how bad out government is, no one would EVER do something that horrific. Grow up and quit being so ignorant. 911MuseumAudioGuide isn't meant to insult anyone either. It was meant to go along with the 9/11 museum that just opened. If any of you paid attention, you would realize that. The fact that some people are upset by the contents of 911MuseumAudioGuide is awful. And to those that feel that this was an inside job and not a legitimate terrorist attack, you still have no right to express that thought on here. How disrespectful. Quit acting like idiots.
