I open the app in preparation for a visit and it just spins?

Good content, very poor execution

The audio tracks are very informative and good to listen to throughout the museum. However, the audio stops every time you lock your phone, which will auto lock after about a minute, causing you to have to constantly unlock your phone. They should have tested the app throughout the museum while creating it, to catch egregious errors like these.
